blatant advertising. I keep seeing short almost nonsense posts and the poster almost invariably has a couple posts, all similar and one or two links in the signatures. Its almost as bad as the spam threads, but at least I can avoid those. I used to love the fact that Wisebread was more substance than spam. Not that Spam isn't a completely non-nutritive foodstuff but it has its place...

Yeah, I always wonder if I should report those meaningless posts. It's hard to when they say something like "thanks for the great information," but you know they're only doing it to get their links displayed.

I'm not sure either, but this particular board seems to attract them. I have never really noticed it in any other boards I frequent.
