My favorite item of clothing ... gee. Only one? Well, one of my favorites is a red hooded sweatshirt I bought when I was in college (because the school kept the buildings and classrooms frigid - there was a bathroom that had been measured at 50-something degrees - and this was in Hawaii). Anyways, the sweatshirt has a picture of bee with a jug of honey and it says "Feelin' the buzz" in slightly blurred letters on the front. I still have it (10 years later) and I still wear it every winter.

I have a pair of sparkly stud earrings I never take off. Even when I look tired, they look fabulous.

My very favorite piece of clothing is my silver jacket, which was purchased from a local thrift store. It makes me feel glamourous.

Hmm tough one, I don't put as much value on my material belongings, but I think i feel more empowered by the items that look great to go out in, that i got for pretty cheap at discount stores...you look good, feel great, and nobody ever knows how much your really paid.

I love, love love, my polar fleece sweatshirts. They're perfect for fall weather and cold, snowy days in MN.

I have an amazing fitted bright red lumberjack flannel jacket that I LOVE to death and live in in the winter. People always know it's me from far away when I wear that thing. I want it to be winter right now just so that I can wear it

I actually got it from.... dun dun dun... Forever 21 a few years ago.
That's a pretty frightening store, but this is an AMAZING jacket. Ahhh.

About 10 years back, it was this off-white linen shirt. It was a Van Heusen dress shirt. I wore it til it fell apart.

Right now, I like my wrinkly black linen short sleeve shirt, a Liz Claiborne that cost kind of a lot.

Linen is definitely a sure-thing for me.

OH OH OH OH, HANDBAGS! If handbags don't count as clothing, then... SHOES! But if it comes down to it, I'm rather in love with my pair of dark wide-leg jeans/trousers from GAP. SUCH good quality, a great fit (no worrying that my legs look like sausage rolls since instead they're swathed in elegant, flowing denim), AND it was on sale, almost half-price! Although there IS this three-quarter sleeve grey double-breasted jacket (also at GAP) that I'm now in love with, but I don't yet OWN
