Default Win a Sam's Club Small Biz Membership and $100 Gift Certificate

This is the official Sam's Club Small Business Drive Giveaway thread (see the full article HERE.)

Sam's Club is giving away a $100 gift card to a randomly selected Wise Bread reader in this thread. This is part of their promotion to raise awareness for their Small Business Membership Drive and their cost-comparison initiatives.

How to participate

Just post a comment in this thread with how a $100 GC and a one-year business membership to Sam's Club could help you. You must be a current US resident, a small business owner, and be 18 or over. You must also have access to a Sam's Club and be willing to participate in a small-business cost-comparison with a Sam's Club associate within 14 days from receiving your prize. Upon completion of your cost-comparison and shopping experience, you agree to provide Wise Bread with details of your experience for a follow-up post on Wise Bread (in which we'll share your business with our readers.) We'll randomly pick an eligible winner from this thread on 4/27/09.

The topic

How could a Sam's Club Business Membership assist you in meeting your small-business goals? What would you hope to see from a cost-comparison? What areas would you like to see savings in your small business?

Good Luck!

I own a small business but I'm not sure my business would qualify for Sam's (I'm a portrait, real estate and event photographer). If I do, sign me up!

Default Sam's Club Membership

I am a small business owner with an Italian translation business. Since I try to keep expenses low, I would use the membership for both business supplies and personal shopping-- whatever I can do to keep my profits in my pocket.

Default Sams Club Membership

I just created a web startup this year and have been faced with expenses that just drag your profitability lower. It would be great to have something like a Sam's club membership to really help lower costs as I get started. Thanks for the opportunity.

As my business grows, I would love to have access to the low prices Sam's Club offers for office supplies, ect. A gift card would certainly help me to restock my empty supply shelves!

Default Could Sam's Club help? Oh, let me count the ways

Running a cash-based naturopathic family practice means always keeping a close tab on expenses... especially the disposable products and office supplies that seem to disappear before the boxes are even open. Costco has been helpful, but lately we have relatives picking up supplies from Sam's for bathrooms and the front desk because they have better deals. A year membership would be a great way to get to know what Sam's really has to offer aside from ink, paper, and paper towels. And since we're always cost comparing, there wouldn't be any trouble figuring out the smartest ways to use up an extra $100 on a mini shopping spree (it would have to be mini, it is Sam's Club, after all).

Default It could definitely help!

My husband just left his company and started his own company 4 months ago. Now I am in charge of all of the bookkeeping and we have had to set up an in-house office. I could definitely use the money to buy all of the things you need for a start-up and for organizational business supplies!

We have a home health care business so a Sam's Club membership could help keep food and home office expenses down.

Exclamation Sam's Club

I am a moonlighting freelance court reporting single mother of 4, so a $100 gift card at Sam's sure would help, as I am buy lots of printing paper and various other office supplies that I need. Also, buying in bulk from Sam's would save me from constantly running to an office supply store.
And I certainly hope I am posting this comment in the right place, as this is my first comment!
