CD photo album for TV - No software

In a file folder collect JPGs for an album
Select all JPGs - Burn the JPGs to a CD
Insert CD into DVD player and it flips through the album

The CD should work on various DVD players but display differently. My 5yrs old player will display File Folders and a menu will come up on the TV. It is a bit awkward and I prefer images only, no folders.

The software must be in the DVD players.

I'ven't tried any. But you can do a search for the "free photo slideshow software" on any search engine.

This is worth a try and saves installing software. I stumbled on it when I took a backup CD of some photos and put it in the DVD player and voila!

Mine is a 5 year old Hitachi DVD player but I gave CD copies to the family and it works on their players too. The screen formats are not the same tho.
