Sounds like a simple question. But we are usually so focused on what we're doing wrong that we forget we have a lot of good traits.

I am good at public speaking.

I am good at making great PB&J and BLT sandwiches.

I am good at mediating disputes.

I am good at discovering and recommending good movies and tv shows to my friends.

i am good at making people feel better when they're down.

i am good at being honest with people about their shortcomings.

ii am good at inducing loyalty in people, because they know i will be loyal in return.

I am good at consuming large amounts of alcohol (which helps with #1)

I am good at cheering up my friends.

I am good at last minute cramming for exams (most of the time)

I am good at appreciating fine literature.

I am good at seeing the underlying issue. Useful for getting past the shouting-past-each-other phase of arguments.

I am good at trusting people. Usually a good thing. Sometimes not so much.

I am good at poker. It's not luck fishies!
