I know I'm a little late but:

* Finish laying new floors and organize the entire house.
* Make our front and backyards pretty.
* Get into to shape (carryover from last year, year before that, and year before that...)
* Find a few other extra income opportunities.
* Set up and maintain a filing system.
* Upgrade my Zen Cart store and install Google Checkout (carryover from last year )
* Learn Italian.
* Practice my violin at least 3 times a week.
* Brush my dog's teeth at least 3 times a week.
* Invest some money.

It's May. The only resolution I made this year was to earn $500 bucks online.

I'm at about $200. I think it's going well.

I wanted to quit smoking, quit driving, and quit eating out. I don't smoke anymore, I only drive inter-city (monthly), but I still eat out several times a week.

My goals can be found here :

http://distilledrose.blogspot.com/20...ing-goals.html

The biggest one is to get my Net Worth up to -28,000 by the end of the year, which I think is completely doable, even on my small teeny tiny salary!

I'd try to start saving cash...
recycle more...
acquire patience, humility...

August may seem like a strange time to be thinking about resolutions, but to tell you the truth, I've always felt as though September, the start of a fresh school year, IS the real New Year's. It's a whole lot easier for me to get geared in the gorgeous fall weather than in the dead-of-winter, after-the-holidays slump. And yes, I try to accomplish my goals within the school year and then take the summer off!

This coming "year"

1. I'd like to do one new healthy thing each week, whether it be trying a new food, a different yoga pose, playing extra games of extreme bowling on my daughter's Wii, or mending a rift if need be.

2. Do one thing each month that just isn't me, that's pushing my comfort zone at least a little. Last week I went tubing even though I was honestly scared. I was able to center myself by going back to the time and place just after I parachuted from an airplane at 14,000 feet. When I can go to that time and place, I can do (almost!) anything.

Its 2009 now, and my resolutions for this year are:

1. Graduate from school (done)
2. Start a business (done)
3. Make more friends (ongoing)
4. Learn many new stuff (ONGOING and will never be done!)
5. Serve the army (not willing to, but have yet to)
