Take A Break is a free timer download by Scirocco that works as a timer on your computer screen. It is designed to remind you to get up and walk away from your computer to reduce stress and strain. I use it because I'm also a Mom and I alternate 15 minutes on the computer with 10 minutes of housework. You can customize the length of time you work, the length of your breaks, the ability to "hit snooze" and continue working for a selected amount of time before the break, plus sounds and visual cues. My overall productivity has soared since I started using it about a year ago.
