Reputation: | I find the protein intake interesting -- it does seem high to me though I may not be in the muscle-building target audience I did, however, follow a high-protein diet when I was pregnant (80-100g per day) and it was all I could do to eat enough; I drink a bunch of lowfat milk with powdered milk mixed in to boost my protein intake while controlling my calorie intake. |
