Reputation: | I have a drawer full of those types of little containers. I use them for storing tiny screws, buttons and all those little "pieces" of collectables, keepsakes, etc. that chip or crack off. (that you know you will be looking for someday). I also have that same little container you displayed, (which is great stuff, by the way..) which I filled with vanilla oil extract. It sits on the top of one of my china cabinets in the living room. When I want an air freshener, I twist off the lid and leave it open for awhile. Works great.

Reputation: | Airport friendly emergency lotion container. Hide a ring inside for a surprise marriage proposal. Put a hook and fishing line inside as part of a survival kit. Write a cute note and give it to your sweetie when they ask for chapstick/lip balm. Crafters (?) can safely hold special beads inside. Hide pirate treasure map and bury in backyard.

Reputation: | If you know of any scrapbookers, small jars can be very useful for little brads, buttons and other assorted things we use to scrapbooking.

| Senior Member | What about as tiny spice jars? Might even be able to take an awl to one of the tops and make a small cinnamon shaker.

Reputation: | Set it on your desk next to a large jar that resembles the tiny one, to remind yourself of the two choices you have when you use your mind.

Reputation: | I don't really have anything new to add, but I like the idea about traveling. Put lotion, pills, or small jewelry in it for easy travel. |
