Default Are women less into GTD?

My guy friends are always surprised when I tell them that I'm interested in GTD principles. It's like they think I should only be thinking about unicorns and puppies or something.

Are there any other women here who are very interested in studying productivity? Are men surprised by your interest?

Maybe men just assume that women are naturally more organized?

I love GTD I don't know, I haven't seen any gender bias in it, but I've been fairly limited in exposure. I only know of a couple of other people my age who are into it, and I don't often approach businesspeople to ask if they're getting things done

However, that's a good point. I like to think, though, that women's changing roles reflect their changing beliefs in productivity.

I think most people today are intrested in GTD. (I think. ) There's not much gender gap. Though its more disscussed by men as we are obsessed with everything related to GTD.

They probably just don't see women as interested in something business related. Gender stereotypes, anyone?

I'm a woman and like GTD. I read quite a few productivity blogs. These things are of interest. I don't think the topics are gender specific.

Love the GTD, but I have a fairly minimal setup, which I want to step up and use a little better.

I don't know if organisation/productivity is gender specific, I'm surrounded by grubs, both male and female!

What is GTD ?

(I had to look it up, too. I used to live this way when I worked at Nationwide. Now, not quite so much).

Actually, I'm a woman and I don't know anyone else (personally) that is into GTD. Maybe it's just because of my age (20 and under age group). Hopefully, this means I'm getting a head start on my peers.

Does GTD actually work for someone?
