Default Your Development Goals | What are The Major Development Obstacles to Your Goals?

As a life coach, part of my job is to hold my clients accountable to the goals they have set. Recently I have a client that has been having a hard time with his personal development and all the goals he had made for himself. He spent an entire quarter of the year living in fear and avoiding the financial disasters he has created for himself.

The more he avoided, the more worse everything else in his life seemed to get. When you are avoiding what you don’t want, you bring it upon you.

The truth is, “You make yourself ineffective and inoperable when you are in a retracted/avoidance state and your dreams will allude you”.

What situations you have in the present that has been holding you back from your goals?

"There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all."'
---Peter Drucker

"A winner learns from his mistakes, a loser learns only not to make mistakes by not doing anything different."
---Sidney J. Harris

"No person ever advanced by traveling in reverse".

I actually have a "problem solving" sheet I fill out for any issue that appears to be "going in circles". It is much easier to resolve if I can see all of the components/actions and outlines each step to be taken next until it is resolved.

Inaction will literally eat you alive, so I avoid it. That's just me.
