According to the comments on this Lifehacker post from Brits, Canadians and others without a "valid zipcode", it looks like Mint is US-only for now.

Shame. Mint seems like a great tool to manage your finance (if a bit obtrusive), and I'd love to use it from Europe as well. Anyone knows of a more Europe-friendly competitor?

That's exactly the same point for me. I'm in Germany, and there is no real competitor. I tried with Chaching for the visual point, but it has some draw-backs for me (no running total). So a real cool online client would be perfect.

Default My Mint Use

I have been using mint for about a month and a half and have found it most useful to see where I'm spending my money. I like that it shows the top places that you spend & how much. Unfortunately there are several loans that I have that aren't possible to add to the list of accounts. Other than that, I've found it an interesting supplement to my budgeting.

I love Mint. If it weren't for Mint, I wouldn't have had my rock-bottom moment where I realized how bad my debt has gotten. Something about seeing those graph bars of debt vs. cash and seeing my ridiculous impulsive spending habits.

didn't know about this service, looks interesting but I'm not very happy providing such sensitive information about me...
I used to control my expenses myself but finally left it, now just try to spend less than I earn and, most important, I'm learning to know what I do need and what not.

Mint looks good. I haven't tried it yet, but intend to in the near future. For those of you that haven't tried it out yet or have any questions follow this link. It's a video of the CEO explaining all that Mint does. I did wonder about giving my financial information away over the internet, but he does a good job of explaining how safe it is.

This video is from a conference called FINOVATE, where "twenty of the most innovative companies in the financial, banking and lending industries gathered in New York to offer a glimpse of the future of mobile, personal and online finance."

There are some other great videos at this site, as well as some boring ones. I think a lot you, though, would appreciate some of the info there.

Default I like it so far

I have been using mint for about a month and a half myself and I think that it has been pretty good. It is nice seeing everything brought together so easily (and fee free) without having to enter everything into a program (a la Money which I also use). I have been using it for the time being before i do a massive information entry run into money and in that respect, Mint has proven itself pretty useful...and has me wondering whether using Money for it's asset/portfolio tracking is worth it.

I actually just wrote a review of Mint here. Overall, I like it. I probably won't use it much, because I have been using Microsoft Money for years and have a significant amount of data in there, but I think it's a great free program with lots of potential. They keep adding features, and I think it should be interesting to see where they go next.
