Default Ask an Appraiser...Real Estate Questions? I'm here to help!

As a licensed residential real estate appraiser, I may be able to answer some of those tricky questions about your houses's value, especially how that value is determined in today's market.

There are many factors that are considered while evaluating one house value like the location, area, and the house itself. Why I am saying, If I have any query, then I have to give such details to you.

Nope, Financepro, I'm thinking there are more general questions that can be answered without needing to know the specifics of your property.

Things such as why an above-ground pool or hot tub is considered personal property and not included in an appraisal's estimate of value.
