I bought one of those claw vending machines that you try and catch the stuffed animals in the bottom. the ones at the arcades. I got the deluxe version and everything off ebay.

I have it in my room and use it for personal use, but could that be considered a business expense??/ can they take my claw machine away as an asset???

I refrained from giving my two cents on your upcoming bankruptcy situation because I can see two sides to the issue and I have to concede that credit card companies don't have a track record of being completely ethical themselves. However, your rhetoric has gone from a calm discussion on optimizing liquidity during bankruptcy to one of calling someone a "moron" and an "idiot", and "pwned", which is quite incongruous. Mark, are you being on the level with us?

ever heard of the means test?? I pass. therefore chapter 7. idiot.

also, MORON... there is no JUDGE... you think you sit in a court room and some guy goes over your finances?? maybe if you over 100,000... and its tied up in properties and personal loans.

dude, just shut your mouth. ok? before I embarrass you again on here. pwned.
OK. That kind of name calling is not acceptable. Thread is closed.

Mark, you have a very important discussion going on here which I think will be of great interest to a lot of our readers. Can we try having this discussion again in a new thread with focus on the facts regarding bankruptcy and less on the personal attacks?
