Reputation: | Bankrate is where I would start looking for a bank that fits my needs. You also have to remember how some of these banks can offer you high interest rates and that is by either being a large bank (ex: HSBC) or not having any brick and mortar locations (ex: ING). You could be sacrificing customer service at a large bank and convenience at an online bank so you have to weigh your options. Just something to think about... |

Reputation: | I think it's also important to look further into the background of the bank. People above are talking about ShoreBank, whom I also represent - and if you look into the background there you'll find a long history of social responsibility, community support, and environmental conscience. That's also a mark of solidity. |
