Reputation: | Pay off my evil Home Equity Loan. Okay, it's not evil. It allowed us to buy a fantastic house at a great price, by also allowing us to redo the awful kitchen. However, my good PF decision to take the shortest possible term means a huge payment every month. I can't wait to put that behind us! |

Reputation: | We are restoring our 100 year old home. An extra $20,000 would allow us to have someone else do some of the work and speed up the process. We'd also take a long overdue vacation. We don't have any CC debt or car payments and have a comfortable emergency fund as well as car and other savings. |

Reputation: | Ohhh!!! Love games like this! I would: Completely pay off my debt. Book a vacation for my husband and I. Put the remainder in a Roth. |

| Member | Roth is good. I'd hire him to play a concert in my back yard.

| Member | Scooters are cool, but I'm a big guy, so I'd have to go with a cheap cruiser, like a Honda Shadow. Used, of course.
