Reputation:  (85) |  Particularly with your home's layout, renting out part is a great option. The financial benefits should be huge, depending on where you are located. In my area, a bedroom, bath and separate living area would bring in several hundred dollars a month, plus you could either split your utilities or charge more and include the utilities in the rent. |
