If you are worried about fraud, a good way to protect yourself is place a security freeze on your credit file. The freeze blocks access to credit information that businesses usually require to open new accounts.

When using your debit card it is important to be aware of possible risks. Debit card fraud is a serious problem but by taking certain precautions you can protect your self.

It is really sad to see how many people view a credit card like it is a magic lantern left by the credit Genie.

Credit cards are fine...as long as you pay off the entire balance every month.

They are like giving a gun to a three year old. Eventually they end up shooting themselves.
