I would still live with my family and save moeny.

Use your saving to pay your debt. The interest amount will keep rising otherwise.

Pay off the credit card debt and then prepare a budget which you should stick to. Having a budget allow you to see that most of the things you spend your money on are not needs and so you can do without them.
