Chase has got to be one of the worst and has been for years. My parents had a card with them back in the 80's and still won't even think about a new credit card for that reason. Its why after my credit card company sold out to CitiBank I decided I was done. I don't want a huge company to deal with that pulls crap instead of sticking to the simple stuff.

I tried this with AmEx Blue, and they offered to lower our 29% APR (which was not listed anywhere in the terms and conditions and is being disputed) to 19% if we didn't bail on them. To quote Andrea Bocelli, it's time to say goodbye...
