Default Don't Lose It, Label It!

This section has been languishing too long!

I sell durable, colorful labels for clothes and gear. I aim to empty lost and found boxes all over the world! And I reaffirmed my belief in labels the other night, when, at swim practice, I checked our family's mail box and found: 1 pair of goggles, 1 swim cap, and a pair of gloves. That's like forty dollars worth of stuff, all returned to me because they were labeled.

Here's the link: Lovable Labels

or if it won't link, www.kate.lovablelabels.ca

I figure I'm also (hopefully) helping my children to learn that we don't live in a disposable world. Yes, I can buy you a new water bottle when you lose yours, but how wasteful!

No, not my kids. I'm a bit phobic about that kind of stuff...one of my biggest concerns before I started blogging was whether it had any potential to put my kids in a bad place. Since I'm blogging under a pseudonym right now, I figure that they are pretty safe. And my **still keeping my fingers crossed** upcoming blogging job is about personal finance, so hopefully I can keep them mostly out of it.

Oh my goodness those are the cutest things I've ever seen. These would be perfect for my oldest niece who is a clothes freak and very particular about her younger sister touching "her" things. Grammy and I will be looking at the back to school pack (her birthday is October so we can make it an early present). The website is really great as well.

I also e-mailed you about becoming an Agent.

I love them! That is a lot of labels for the price too. I ordered some for my daughter. I can't wait to put them on her clothes and blankets so they will not get lost in childcare. Thank you

Careful where you place the labels on children's things. A stranger could more easily coax a child into trusting him by using the child's name if it's visible on clothing or other belongings.

Good point, Rolltimer. I tend to use our last name only, or put things on the inside.
