A Private Investment Club; We are a community of people that lend funds to various projects, and we pay the loans back to members based on the results of each project.
We are a Seychelles based company. Customer service office and site administration is located in Europe. All financial operations, investment management and trading are executed from offshore.
We have been in business since January of 2005.
Our development plan calls for building slowly with trusted associates. We take time to get funds into programs and take time to choose projects that have a high probability of above average returns. While results and distributions may be above average, they will always be from legitimate projects, to the best of our knowledge.
To take advantage of profitable opportunities, we invest in offshore mutual-funds, red-hot emerging markets and evolving companies in China, Russia and Europe.
We also place funds in various short and long term projects where profits can be quite high.
We plan our investment portfolio in order to mitigate the risks inherent in trading. We use various investment strategies and always diversify our investments.

Our minimum investment size is $150 and maximum $25,000 per month. You cannot invest more than $25,000 per month.
Your deposit will be activated as stated in members area. We are real investment company and your deposit must reach our bank account or our traders bank accounts. When you made deposit via e-currency we change e-currency into US dollars or Euros and withdraw deposits as real cash. From this moment funds are activated. So depending on each contract and pool you will receive Your first payout 35 - 45 business days after activation date.

How you can check your account balance?

Send us email and ask for account statement or account balance. We handle an offline database and complete account information is available upon request. Average response time is: 12 - 24 hours. Please note we are working Monday thru Friday. If you ask us for account balance on Saturday or Sunday, we will send you reply on Monday.


In order to withdraw funds, You don’t have to do anything. Your profits will be paid to your e-currency account or bank account bi-weekly or monthly depending on your program or choice. Payments will be carrying out during 10.00 am to 9.00 pm server time (GMT+0 time). You can request for bank wire but only when you want withdraw minimum $1000 but please aware bank wire takes 5-7 days and fee is $40.oo. If you instructed us set account to “add interest to account balance” and now want to withdraw available balance, please be aware your withdrawal won’t be processed the same week you have requested withdrawal. We will process your withdrawal request within seven to fourteen days, because we are planning e-currencies accounts funding ten to fourteen days before date of scheduled withdrawals. Wire transfers between banks require four-five days and funding e-currency account two – max four days. We apply E-currency Deposit Policy which will limit our liability to any volatility in the e-currency market. This will protect our membership and company as a whole. We are liquidating our deposit accounts every two-four days at a pre-determined time so that should any problems arise in the future with any e-currency, we would have a buffer at least 2-4 days where there would already be funds withdrawn from e-currency accounts and converted to real currency. The same policy applies to withdrawals - we are funding e-currency accounts few days before planned withdrawals but we must estimate amount we need minimum two weeks before scheduled payouts. The same in case when you change settings "add interest to my account balance" into "pay directly to e-currency account".

When exactly payouts will start?
There is withdrawal lock for 35 or 45 business days. So payouts will start after 35 or 45 business days.
