They've apparently fixed it already. Oh well.
FREE 18" Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace
This is no joke. This is not a scam, I've checked it out. Right now Overstock.com is giving away 18" pearl necklaces. Why I have no idea. Clearly it was the accountant's day off. All you pay is just $2.95 for shipping, but they have limited you to just 1 per customer. Makes sense.

As you can see, it really is free. No coupon needed, they apply the $19.99 for you. Just pay the paltry shipping. To grab your deal just click here . But at this price (what price?) I'd hurry, they aren't going to last long.

Initially, it didn't work for me. It showed up as $19.99 plus shipping.
The main page, though, had a clue: You need to sign up for thier newsletter.
Once you do, you get a coupon in your email that gives you the $19.99 discount. I went through the process just to check, and it does indeed work.

All I had to do was add the necklace to the cart and check out. No sign up or anything. I suspect I caught the deal so early that not everything was in place. Thanks for the info, it will definitely help out the WB readers.
Didn't think it was true, definately worked on Saturday @ 12:40AM. We'll see if its worth giving to anyone when it comes in the mail! haha.
Justin Ryan is right! If it doesn't work for you, go to the main page, subscribe to the newsletter, and VOILA! The link arrives in email. I've always wanted a pearl necklace. Thank you again, Wise Bread.
Late Saturday afternoon: Signed up for the newsletter, got the email within 5 seconds. The email contained a link for the pearls, click, click, click... pearls are on the way. Cool; thx.
The offer is still working - just signed up for the newsletter and $2.95 plus 5-10 days later I will have a lovely necklace. :) After I receive the goods I will just cancel the newsletter. Thanks!
Using the newsletter it worked for me too! Not that I really have a use for pearls, but for $3 how could I not?
I have no idea why I would order this, but apparently, I just did...well. I did that using the newsletter, but I think I have an idea as to how yours went without the newsletter method. You probably already got an existing account with overstock, and when you look at that particular product, the price is automatically deducted. Well, it's a theory... :)I still don't understand why I bought that!
...otherwise it wouldn't be limited to new customers only. Even if you unsubscribe to the email list, they now have your home address. It's still a win-win if you don't mind being part of their database, but if you're trying to reduce the amount of bulk mailings you receive, think again.

I just love that necklace, I actually have something similar to that and I'm interested to find the stylish men's necklace.
I just saw another neclkace offer at a new company called SarahsUniverse (http://www.sarahsuniverse.com). Not sure how long they are running it but looks similar to the Overstock deal.
