Stylish Coupon Organizers Giveaway

ShareThis

Two super cool companies approached us recently about introducing Wise Bread readers to their stylish coupons organizers. We know how our readers love to save money and look cool doing it, so we asked them to send us a few to give away.

Jenny McChesney, proprietor of PaperPosey.com, began selling greeting cards, scrapbooks, and stationery online in 2004. Paper Posey offers a selection of creative and fun-to-use journals, photo keepers, and organizers. She sent over two coupon organizers and they're super neat. Keep track of receipts, coupons and tickets in style. Check out her selection.

The accordion organizers combine a notepad and a 6 pocket expandable file folder in a hardcover booklet with a memorable quote on the spine. It also includes an elastic closure and pen holder. They measure 1 x 4 x 6-1/2" and holds 3 x 5 cards, the perfect size for the purse or car console!

Austin Artisan sells her handmade items on Etsy. She's a mom of two small children living in Austin, Texas, with a passion for creating art. She loves making things that are not only fun and creative, but also functional. She recently got interviewed by All You magazine and will be featured in an upcoming issue! Take a look at some of her creations.

Here's a peak on the inside. Her organizers have an elastic closure, 12 expandable dividers and also measures 4 x 6 1/12".

Now look at the ADORABLE organizer she made just for this Wise Bread giveaway!  It's an exclusive Wise Bread coupon organizer!  How COOL is that?!

So we have a total of  three fabulous coupon organizers to give away to Wise Bread readers.  To enter the drawing, leave a comment about how you currently store and organize your coupons. Drawing ends on May 28. Only open to U.S. residents aged 18 and over, void where prohibited. Only one entry per person will be counted.

This drawing is now closed. The winners will be contacted shortly.

I am totally in need of a coupon organizer!! I clip tons of coupons to save money because I really need to....I place all the coupons in an old small wallet but it takes me extra time to go through them each time when I need to use some coupons.

I keep mine in a (trashpicked) metal 5 by 8 recipe card holder. They're organized alphabetically by product name, with dividers cut from old manilla file folders. Definitely a cheapo, unbeautiful solution, but it works well. I just need to remember to clear the expired guys out of the box every so often, as they tend to reproduce.

I would love a stylish coupon organizer, these are adorable! right now I use just a cheapie plastic one.

Guest's picture
Neelam

I use an expandable little folder to file all my coupons which are now getting very messy. I'd love to get them organized and get the coupon organizer. Thanks!

Guest's picture

Mine are in a box and not very organized!

I have an old torn up organizer that needs replaced

Guest's picture
Sarah

Honestly, I use an old envelope and then separate each coupon "genre" with index cards. For the most part this works, although sometimes I sadly lose them when they slip out the closure, and the index card separation are sometimes hard to spot and find quickly. Needless to say - I'd love one of these super cute (and secure) giveaways!

I store my coupons individually in a kitchen drawer and, unfortunately, they rarely make it out. I'd love to have something I could throw in my purse and take with me!

I have an accordian holder for my coupons and it's falling apart, I can really use a new one.

I used to have a plastic accordion-style organizer from the dollar store, but I lost it about a year ago (full of coupons, of course), and I haven't found a cheap replacement yet. Right now, my coupons are just shoved into my purse.

Guest's picture
Brenda

I currently store my coupons in an index card box. It works ok but I have to fold a lot of coupons in half to fit them in the box and it's only about half full so if I drop the box or it falls over I have to sort them all again. And it's a little bulky to carry around and manage two kids and all their things as well.

Guest's picture

I currently carry my coupons in a way-too-big accordion bill file. I'm talking the size of a business envelope! I think it's high time I scaled down. That Wise Bread organizer is adorable!

Guest's picture

I currently just throw the coupons in my purse since I have nothing to put them in. Was a bit of a mess at the store last time as my husband and I were going through a pile of unorganized coupons.

Guest's picture
Pamela S

I currently store them piled up in stacks all over the house and not organized in any useful fashion. Every time I need one I have to dig for hours. That's why I need to win!!

Guest's picture

I use a plastic fold out type that is ugly and not as useful as this would be!!

Thanks for entering me! Great Contest!

I collect coupons in a plastic bin, then pick out what I need for each grocery trip. These systems look amazing!

Oh my gosh..what a question!!!! We have had so many different things it isn’t even funny. WE have used envelopes that don’t last, sip lock baggies, the side of my purse, billfold to name a few. We have found not all these things are good.
We would love to have a neat and organized way to store and find what we need at our finger tips.

Guest's picture
dclal

I leave them in a bowl on top of the fridge. I sort through the pile every weekend looking for what I need.

Guest's picture
Bridget

I use a binder to organize my coupons, but it's too big and bulky when shopping and takes longer to get my purse, look at my sale's add and try to balance a binder looking for a specific coupon...

Guest's picture

I just shove coupons into my wallet. (Yeah, not much of a system.)

Guest's picture
Rosey

We currently store our coupons in an organizer similar to this one (although there is no paper pad), but it's getting old and time to replace it.

Guest's picture
Teresa

I have a small check file I use for coupons...these ones are so cute though...would love it!

Guest's picture
Kate

I currently have an index card file I use but it is huge and not portable to the store. I would love the William Morris Lily organizer

Guest's picture
Jennifer Short

Right now all my coupons are tossed on the end table.

Guest's picture
Sandy

I have a number of envelopes for different categories right now. Carrying 12 different envelopes is cumbersome - having coupons all in one place would be great!

Guest's picture
Tracy

I don't have much of a 'system' I put all my coupons in an 'ATM' envelope from my bank. Once the envelope begins to show signs of wear and tear I go to my bank and get another big ATM envelope! LOL! I think I could really use some kind of organization! :-)

Guest's picture

I have a small organizer that I don't like. I definitely need something to keep me beter organized

Guest's picture
oona b

I keep coupons in different envelopes for each store, but they end up scattered and smashed in the bottom of my purse so I would love one of these awesome organizers!

Guest's picture

Currently I use two recipe file boxes. One for food items, and a smaller one for non food. I keep both of them in a small paper bag with a handle, like a starbucks bag, or gift bag. I go though the grocery ads and make a list on the back of a return or used envelope, then I go through the coupons to find any that match my list and put them into the envelope. then I take the whole mess to the store. Even though I've taken out the coupons to use, I take the others because I never know when the store might have something on sale that is not on my list, but needed. If so I look through my organizers AGAIN to see if I happen to have a coupon for that item. I try to keep my coupons with me all the time because you never know when you might run across something on clearance, that you also have a coupon for, and end up buying it for practically nothing. Your organizer system seems much more compact and easier to lug around everywhere I go.

Guest's picture
Amy

I currently organize my coupons in a plain white envelope. I like the 5x7 photo album idea someone had a few posts ago - at least there is more than one pocket!

Guest's picture
Annmarie W.

I always just use the coupon organizers that you find at the grocery store (sometimes I find them at garage sales). But they really don't last very long, and mine currently is falling apart, with the band that holds it together just slipping throught the hole...I put a separate rubber band on it. Not stylish at all!

Guest's picture
Alissa

I bought a coupon file holder a few months ago. Within a couple of days it was broken... :(
I still use it, but these are much prettier!

Guest's picture
April

I put coupons in plastic baggies and write with a permanent marker on the outside like beauty/cleaning/candles or getting ready to expire and then all the coupons go in a pink plastic pouch. When I am at a store and I am looking for a coupon, they get all moved around or just thrown back in my purse. It is too time consuming and sometimes frustrating. Help me save the environment, save money and time.

Guest's picture
kasey

I have no organization - it's sad. I clip what I'm pretty sure I will use and pop it into a compartment in my bag, otherwise I keep the inserts whole and file by date.

Guest's picture
Guest

I have two coupon organizers, but they are breaking because they are held together by elastic bands and those have broken. Within my organizers I have product categories: frozen, dog, baby, restaurant, grain (to include crackers, cereal, etc), household (to include paper towels, detergent, etc). Seems to help although I never feel fully organized!

Guest's picture
Lauren

i try to keep my coupons in a ziplock bag in my purse...sometimes i clip them and forget them on the kitchen table. ziplock bags are good for a while but they break down.

Guest's picture
Kelly

Is there such a thing? I use the cover of an old date book/planner. It's thin and has small flexible plastic flaps. I constantly find myself catching falling coupons. I have one stack of coupons on either fold of the cover, one for food, the second for non-food. Then, each stack is sorted by date. I must sift through the coupon stacks at least 3-4 times a trip to the grocery store! It's a good thing my husband pushes the cart and grabs the items.

Guest's picture
Julia

i've got a little file folder thingy (that's falling apart). i try to keep them separated by category, but then it's hard to keep track of the expiring ones and then i end up at the checkout line with all expiring coupons!!

Guest's picture
Barbara

Yea, um... no organization whatsoever! They are either clipped to my fridge, which gets lost behind the childrens' school papers, birthday invitations, baby showers and grad invites. Or they are on top of the shelf over my sink, which is also where I keep my Box Tops for Education cut-outs or they are in the Pizza Plate that is on top of my microwave, which is a catch all really. So, a Coupon Organizer would be so perfect!!

Guest's picture
Robin

I've been thinking about taking the plunge and going hard-core with the coupon thing... this would help :)

Guest's picture
Jessica

I currently store my coupons in a ziplock bag. There is no organization to them at all. I really need a product like this! I used to just put them in my purse and most of the time they would get ripped or lost in the bottomless pit and only discovered after the expiration date had passed.

Guest's picture
Michele

I currently collect what coupons I think I may use and put them into whichever bag I happen to be carrying. Sometimes, I tuck them into a book or notebook to keep them from getting lost. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.

Guest's picture
Tina Faber

I use a ziploc baggie...

Guest's picture
Alice

I keep the coupons in the inserts until I use them. They stay in a blue file folder. Then I only cut them out on the day that I will use them. When I cut them out I put them in envelopes marked by the grocery stores. This way I can keep them straight as I go to different stores. There is an envelope marked not on sale.

This is for things I would buy if I saw a real deal.

My coupons are not organized. My puppy got hold of my old organizer and it is in tatters.

I currently use a couple of clutches and paper envelopes. It's the only terrible part of my couponing.. Hope to win one!

Guest's picture
Jason Nickolay

I store them in a series of envelopes. It is very unorganized

Guest's picture

I have a cheapo dollar store coupon organizer. I usually end up taking out the coupons I need and sticking them in an envelope before I head out to the store.

Guest's picture
Jennifer

right now all of my coupons are sitting in a pile on my dining room table. i want to use them so badly, but it's a mess and i just don't know how to get started in organizing them.

Guest's picture
Andria

I keep my coupons in an envelope, but would love to get better organized. Thank you.

Guest's picture
Brenda

My coupons are organized in a shoebox that I carry to the store and put in the cart seat when I shop. I love the cute coupon holder, I would love to win it!

Guest's picture
Chelsey

I use a zipper binder with baseball card holders. I definitely need something small for the store, though!

Guest's picture
Laila

Right now I keep them in a zip loc bag. It works for me because it's a clear bag and I keep them from getting wet or otherwise damaged in my purse. I would love to have something more stylish!

Guest's picture
Gayle J

I have my coupons in envelopes and those are in a plastic box that I take to the store

Guest's picture
Sarah

I just throw them in a box in the dining room and root through it when i'm about to go shopping! lol!

Guest's picture
BJ

Seriously disorganized and I know it's costing me money! I toss them all in a big shoebox until it's practically overflowing then I sort them into verious envelopes. It's time consuming and I forget what I have at the store and end up paying full price far too often. I would LOVE to be more organized...but no one offers coupons for organizers :(

Guest's picture
Noel

Actually I reuse envelopes that I got in the mail, pretty much until they fall apart! I just store the coupons loose in there- but the little accordian file in the organizer would help a lot!

Guest's picture
michele rosborough

Right now they are in a recipe card case but I hope to get a binder real soon

Guest's picture
Marianna

My coupons are stored very poorly! I usually just shove them in my pocket or carry them in my hands when I walk in the store, then try to keep up with them, my cart, the items I'm picking up, and 2 little kids! Not a good method!

Guest's picture
melba

I store all my coupons in one plastic bag. It takes awhile to sort them out so needless to say, I have no organization. I really need something!

Guest's picture
Sunny

I have no organizational system at all. I just recently started clipping coupons and am looking for a way to make it more efficient. These are great!

Guest's picture
Jennifer

Hah! I found this post because I was searching for a way to actually organize this pile of coupons LOL! I'm always cutting coupons, but when it's time to use them, I find that I've left them at home ... I so need one of these. Love the "wise bread" one ... too cute!

Guest's picture
Sue

I keep them paperclipped together by basic item type (breakfast, cleaners, etc) and then in an envelope. Sad I know.

Guest's picture
Erica

I lost mine! I ordered a nice one from Etsy. Then we did some major painting and remodeling in our kitchen and I cannot find it. So, an envelope is doing the job now!

Guest's picture
Jessica

I stuff them in an envelope and carry them in my handbag. I always have them with me and as I wander through the store, I search the envelope.

Guest's picture
Tracy

I use a photo album to store my coupons.

Guest's picture
Guest

I currently use a photo album to store my coupons. The problem is I have accumulated too many and when I see something at the store on sale (unadvertised) I have to dig through to find it. The staff at the stores must think I am nuts! I love the cute organizers and I may not feel so embarrased digging it out of my purse!

Guest's picture
Ingrid

I haven't come up with a system of organizing that work yet. I always clip coupons but i'd forget to use them. i started keeping them together in my purse but that got messy realy quick. I currently have them in an envelope, at first all piled together.now they are seperated by food, not eatibles and resturant/stores. I hope i win this organizer because it would realy help me to move into a better and more efficient way of organizing.

Guest's picture

A small envelope...not very organized, but easy to carry around and packed. An organizer would be great.

Guest's picture

I currently store mine in an ugly binder type thing... it's wayyyyyy to bulky to take to the grocery store with me so half the time I find myself at the store, without it, unprepared!

Guest's picture

I currently have coupons on kitchen counter, fridge, drawer, purse and car. I would love to have them all in one place and organized by subject.

Guest's picture

with 3 kids under 4 it's a wonder i ever find the coupons once i clip them. I use an emvelople and seperate them by store. and then write on the front of the envelope my grovery list.

very old fashioned.. i know.

Guest's picture
Guest

I just started clipping coupons 2 months ago while at home with my new baby. I get excited about clipping coupons but I end up missing out on using them. I currently stample them by category and store them in a zip lock back. The bag usually ends up at the bottom of my purse and sometimes I've ripped them trying to remove the stapples. This organizer would really help.

Guest's picture
Guest

This would save me the aggrevation of turning my purse upside down to find the coupons at the bottom. Most of the time, I forget about them until I'm changing to another purse. This would be great!

Guest's picture

i currently store my coupons in my filing cabinet and then put the ones i am going to use in my wallet when i go to the store.

I used to have a coupon organizer my mother gave me years ago. It was one of those plastic covered freebies that came as a "free gift" when you ordered a magazine. Well, it fell apart after a few months, and I haven't replaced it yet.

Right now they crowd my wallet, or find a place in the depths of my purse only to be resurrected after they expire...grrrr.

My current coupon organizer is falling apart. It seems that the cheap kind never seems to last very long with the wear and tear it recieves. I have gone thru one almost every year for as long as I can remember. These look like excellent quality!

My coupons are not really organized, I just put them in a basket and go through them before shopping

Guest's picture

I actually linked together envelopes overlapping them to build a coupon organizer, but it opens up to the length of like 2 feet, lol. I categorized them such as: refridgerated items, meats, cleaning supplies, bathroom items, etc. It's embarrasing to use in the grocery store because it's too big and bulky. I need something more efficient and smaller.

I have an old coupon organizer that had removable dividers, all of which are gone. So they are just all shoved together in this pouch with no organization.
