Sorry for my lack of in-depth reporting right now, I seem to be finding more deals than stories. But my apology does come with two great Free After Rebate deals for your laptop. You can't say I don't treat you well. Not to my face, anyway. Both deals come from Circuit City.

First up we have a great deal on the Antec Notebook Cooler.

This sweet baby runs off USB power, with two fans and low power consumption. It usually costs you around $40, but right now Circuit City has slashed the price to just $14.99 and has also added a $15 mail-in rebate. As you can see below, that makes the end price FREE. Shipping may cost a little more, but I'd choose the Free In-store Pick-up option.

The next deal is more about keeping you calm than keeping you cool. Targus, the maker's of notebook luggage (i have a Targus myself for my laptop, very nice) are offering their $20 notebook cable lock for FREE after rebate.

Made of galvanized steel, it's cut-resistant, 6.5 feet long and has 10,000 possible combinations. With the two $10 rebates available it takes the final price to a big fat zero. Again, choose in-store pick-up to avoid any shipping charges.
