W Store
Quick deal for you. For the next two weeks the W Store is accepting a coupon that takes 40% off your entire purchase. Now, I'm not one to usually shop there, it's a bit overpriced, but the coupon means there are some very good deals to take advantage of. My personal favorite is shown below. An Android Sonic Radar watch , rrp $115 but with the coupon it's around $70. Not a bad price for such a fine watch. If you're willing to spend a little more cash, you can buy a very nice mattress.

Coupon of the month! $30 off a $30 purchase at ShopNBC.

It's not often a deal of this magnitude comes along, so grab it while you can folks. Right now (for a limited time, but I don't know how long...sorry) ShopNBC accepts a coupon that takes $30 off a minmium purchase of $30. Basically, it's $30 for free. Gratis. Nada. The only stipulation I can find is that the $30 has to be spent on one item, not a bunch of items that add up to $30. No problem for me though, there's plenty on ShopNBC that I can pick up for just a little more than that price, making the item almost free.

Dunce

I think I may be losing my grip on reality.

Recently I received four coupons in the mail from my local Office Max. Two coupons were for $10 off a purchase of $10. I'm not the best number-cruncher but I figured that meant I got two $10 items for free. I was right. I strolled into Office Max, picked out two $10 items (pack of batteries, paper supplies) and after tax the grand total came to around $1.40 for $20 worth of product.

open gift

I love these discounts. It makes you feel special knowing you're getting, say, 30% off when every other sucker is paying full price. But being a Wisebread blogger I have to share the wealth with my readers. After all, I can't keep a clean conscience knowing I'm letting you guys pay full price for something, ever. So, without further ado, here's a bunch of great discount codes (some just in time for Mother's Day...hey, nothing wrong with getting Mom more for your money), and the applicable dates if known. Shop till you drop my fine frugal friends.

Why is it so expensive to be healthy?

Why are poor people in America so fat? Would you believe that farm subsidies have something to do with it?

Walmart is where lower income consumers come to shop. Why? Because you get the most bang for your buck. Walmart is also notorious for having the fattest customers. Why? It comes back to value - it turns out that unhealthiest food also gives you the most caloric bang for your buck.

Don't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about

As a tech-loving guy, Mr. Cheap Stuff can be counted on to give you the lowdown on some of the best gadget-grubbing, money-saving opportunities on the web.

I asked Dean to share his motives, inspiration, and goals with Wise Bread readers. Also, I had to find out how he can possibly stand living in the tropical paradise we call Hawaii. I can't help it - it must be SUCH a hard existence.
