When I'm exhausted after a long day, I like to do mindless handwork, either sewing or easy knitting.
I relax after work with a nice iced coffee and my ipad. I need about an hour to unwind, then start dinner.
I make myself a drink or pour a glass of wine and sit on the front porch in a weathered adirondack chair and watch the sun do down. Or in baseball season, I watch the SF Giants on TV.
I relax by watching some TV.
I talk to my boyfriend and drink some tart cherry juice
I relax reading or have dinner and a great talk with my love after this walking home the silent night
I relax by taking a hot bath
To unwind, I usually like to take an evening walk through the neighborhood. It's healthy, cheap and a great way to also connect with my neighbors.
My favorite way to unwind is a little private reading time before sleeping; usually I look for an "old friend" book rather than something new, reading a familiar story is the most relaxing thing.
I love to just sit down with the family and watch a movie !! A massage is definitely an added bonus! We all need to relax sometimes!!!
I love a good bubble bath in the evening to unwind!
Beer! All kidding aside, video games, gardening, or just playing with my 3 year old and our dogs.
I like to cook dinner and kick back with a movie on Netflix.
I go for a walk with my dogs to get us all some exercise and to clear my head.
honestly, cooking something makes me relax. chopping, stirring, something about repetitive motions to get me outta my head helps....plus then i have something nice to eat....a win win!
I go swimming every night after work. It's like meditating and it relaxes and tires me enough that I sleep like a baby.
I spend some time sitting out on our back porch, looking at the plants & flowers. After dinner, we generally take a walk through the neighborhood.
When I have a long day, I play with my nephews. Something about pretending to be a dinosaur or an astronaut helps me get perspective. There are more important things than work.
Decaf coffee and Netflix
Nothing like a home cooked meal and some fine drinks :)
A cup of tea and a good book, or one of my favorite shows on Hulu.
I usually do a little reading in bed before going to sleep. Taking a run and a shower is nice too, when I have the time.
I like doing something quiet near my husband. We like to sit on the sofa together doing different things — reading, watching a computer or a movie.
Maybe watch a funny tv show or read a bit of a good book. Yoga is also always nice too.
My husband and I like to take a picnic dinner to the lake after work. It is so relaxing and peaceful.
I enjoy watching TV or reading a good book. And there is often some form of chocolate or other sweet treat in there too.
A long hot bath, a cuddle with my kids, and an episode of my favorite TV show help me relax and unwind after a long day working!
I like to take a long hot bath! Then eat a hot yummy dessert and unwind watching Netflix!
I watch stupid television.
A glass of wine and some TV.
I like to read the grocery store ads and make my shopping list or go through the online coupons.

i relax with coffee and a good book
Honestly, I like to relax after a long day by curling up on the couch with a book next to my husband while he catches up on TV. This is done after putting the kids down and getting to decompress. Usually, reading leads nicely into sleeping.
I watch tv!
I usually play around on the internet, watch tv or read.
Cook a good meal and watch TV!
Take a warm shower and read a book.
I like to cook a (fairly) easy dinner, pour a glass of Merlot and talk with my hubby about the day. Nothing beats my stress like being thankful for my family and home at the end of the day!
Bubble bath + comedy podcast.
Definitely a book. When I have absolutely no energy, a movie.
My partner and I talk about our days while we fix supper. Afterward we sometimes take a walk and sometimes sit in adjoining armchairs and read, just like the old folks in the movie "Up."
In the summer we do a bit of gardening (pull a weed here, sample a sugar snap pea there).
Yep, we're dull. But happy.
I go for a walk with my dog.
