Your opinion means a great deal to us. We would love to know what type of stories you want to see on Wise Bread. More credit card hacks? More frugal cooking tips? More pirates?

I love Wisebread as it is. I couldn't fill out your poll because I didn't want you to think 'oh! They want more savvy-tips' and then neglect the fantastic personal experiences. I am learning so much from your website. I am 40 yrs old, so not young.

First let me say that this blog is one of my favorites and, all in all, a great job is done by everyone writing and contributing to it.

One thing I'd like to see more is Environmentally Frugal Living. For instance, it was recommended a while back that plastic grocery bags be used for garbage bags. While this does indeed save money, I can't do it, since they are indeed recyclable and are able to avoid the fate of filling up a landfill.
I haven't been reading the blog for that long (a few monthes) so I can't say how this subject has been tackled in the past, but more of it couldn't hurt.

That said, keep up everything else that's being written about, in addition to upping the Pirate tally. Perhaps every lifestyle idea could be accompanied by a drawing of a Pirate enjoying himself in his newfound lifestyle.

That's a good point. Our diversity is one of our greatest strengths. We are not going to start writing only one kind of article just based on the poll data. However, our bloggers often have many story ideas to pick from. Knowing your preferences may help our bloggers decide between two story ideas that appeal to her equally.

I believe Jessica Okon is working on a story reviewing alternatives to the plastic grocery bag. Great minds think alike!

Yes! Pirates with peg legs made from recycled materials. I love it!

Thanks for that reminder Lucio. I know we can get a bit US-centric at times. We will do our best to find more international deals in the future. Our very own Ed O'Reilly lives in Sydney Australia. We will make him our International Reader Representative. =)

but I love the site as it is. It appeals to a broad range of people in all sorts of stages of their lives. For me, the budgeting posts and personal finance stories appeal the most but I wouldn't want you to limit other aspects that call out to other frequent visitors. Just keep doing what you all do. And thanks for doing it.

I agree with almost everyone that "keep it like it is!" But at the same time I agree with Jared about more environmentally-friendly frugal tips.

I stumbled upon this site thanks to Andrea Dickson's bottled water segment. I love her point of view, and often search for her pro-earth and other's pro-simple living tips.

I was pleased to read Will Chen's "bio" today, which seemed to promote more ethics in business, which is another cause that touches me.

And I appreciated Paul Michael's uses for vinegar. (It was a while back, I hope I'm commending the right person!
