Welcome to the second Carnival of Pecuniary Delights, Saving Money Edition.  This wonderful carnival is the creation of Penelope Pince from Pecuniarities (aka Hermione from our forums).  Penelope is one of the most organized and thoughtful carnival organizers we've ever worked with.  She thinks of everything!
