My online name is NCN. NCN stands for No Credit Needed. I am in my mid-thirties, married, with 3 children. I write about debt reduction - and the joy of being debt free. I started No Credit Needed in April of 2005 so that I could track my debt reduction progress. In February of 2006, after getting out of debt, I tracked my progress as I saved a 6 months emergency fund. Since October of 2006, I have tracked my progress as I plan for retirement, save for my kids’ college educations, and try to live without borrowing money.
