Rinse the beans then chop up te smoked sausage and bacon. Put beans in crock pot, add bacon sausage and seasonings as little or as much as you like fill with water turn on and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8. Serve with cornbread. Great for a cold day

I like the cooler weather and the leaves changing color in the Fall. We have to drive north to see the changing colors of the trees but it's a good excuse for a road trip!

I recently had to caulk around my bathtub. Water was leaking behind the tub. I'm definitely glad I invested in a good caulking gun like you mentioned. It made the repair go more smoothly. Hopefully, the fix will last for a long time.
Yes, I have the exact same concerns. I have dealt with many banks and all other banks would allow you to specify beneficiaries. I have two theories: 1. Without specification of beneficiaries, Capital One does not need to seek out the beneficiaries to give them the money upon the death of an account owner. If the beneficiaries of the will does not take the initiative to approach Capital One and offer all the required documentations such as a valid will, Capital One can pocket all that proceeds without having to pay out. 2. FDIC insurance coverage calculation takes into consideration the number of beneficiaries. Without any POD beneficiaries, the FDIC coverage is significantly reduced. Likely, Capital One 360 is doing it for both reasons. Quite sneaky and unethical, in my opinion. Because of it, I don't think i want to add more savings to my Capital One 360 account. I want to eventually move all my savings out. Can't trust a company with this type of practice.
Great loyalty programs - thanks for sharing! Krogers (or one of their other stores like Smiths) is also great... you earn points each time you shop and then save at their gas stations. You can get quite a bit taken off per gallon.
honestly, i wanna say everything. i live for autumn. i love the leaves turning, pumpkin spice in everything, roasted beets, squash, cooler temps (bc i'm hot natured) and the different slower vibe that seems more introspective and less summer blazing hot sunny but rather a crisper cooler air.
