I have a friend who has an AMEX Hilton HHonors Platinum, and whose account was treated quite nicely via the awesome AMEX SCRA implementation. Said friend is no longer on AD, but AMEX doesn't know that. If my friend wanted to switch to the straight up AMEX Platinum (not the Hilton branded one), would AMEX reverify military status or not? If the choice is stick with the Hilton branded AMEX and have fees waived or switch to AMEX Platinum and have to pay the $450 annual fee, my friend would rather maintain the status quo. Any insight is appreciated.

Hang indoors as many clothes as you possibly can to dry. It will keep even you tee shirts looking new so much longer than drying in the clothes dryer! All of my clothes are dried that way. I only machine dry towels and bed sheets!
Right around the time this was written I asked BIL, a revenue agent, about it. I made close to $400 last year from different survey companies, most of it in Amazon gift codes, a little in cash or Paypal. Do I need to report it on my tax return? He said "dont bother."
We're expecting a baby early next year, so my top financial priority is protecting ourselves financially (life insurance, will, etc.) -- all the things that weren't as essential when it was just the two of us!
Put cut pool noodles on the bottom of zero gravity( or any chair ) that goes to the beach, just like you would insulate pipes at home, the chairs don't sink as much, for us big guys.
I have dabbed witch hazel on my lip as a cold sore starts to appear. Within a couple of applications the cold sore never amounts to anything and is gone after couple days if not sooner. Will never us any so called cold sore remedies again
I was put up for a job as a researcher last year, solely based on the fact that I can read and write cursive--something that many college students now cannot do. Up until the last century, many important documents were handwritten, and there are many, many documents that have never been converted to type. The inability to read the handwritten word is a terrible skill to lose for students of history or language...or anyone who wants to find pirate treasure.
I'm all for etiquette. Truly a lost art today, including common courtesy!

Top priority is figuring out a budget that works so we can pay off a bit of credit card debt and hospital bills soon.
