This month’s screening (valued at up to $150) includes A1C, Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol), Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage and Vision. All tests are performed by a licensed professional at Sam’s Clubs with a Pharmacy. Membership not required. Please check with your local Sam’s Club for participation.
