As one of its daily deals, 13Deals offers this Sylvania Wireless Under Cabinet Swivel Touch LED Light in Black for $4.99 with free shipping. That's the lowest total price we could find by $4. Best Buy offers the Westinghouse 24" 1080p LED-Backlit LCD HD Television, model no. EWM24F1Y1, for $99.99 with free shipping. That's $50 off and the lowest total price we've seen for a new 24" 1080p HDTV. It features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 (1080p), LED backlight, and one HDMI input.

T-Mobile offers its phone and tablet sim cards for one cent each via coupon code "SIMDEAL". That's tied with our mention from two weeks ago and the lowest total price we could find by at least $5. (However, we saw select cards for free in April.) These cards are compatible with unlocked phones on the T-Mobile network. Limit three per customer.
