There's a twist in the rummage sale / garage sale genre in southeast Michigan called a Mom 2 Mom sale. Only kids' clothing and furniture are featured in these indoor rummage sales. Paula Wethington from Monroe on a Budget and The Monroe Evening News reported on this trend in 2008 as it expanded beyond its origins in suburban Detroit into nearby Michigan communities (see link on this post).
