We paid our mortgage completely off 12 years ago now and I have not regretted it one single day. The peace of mind that comes from knowing that you truly own your home is of great value to me. No matter what financial storms come along, deflation, depression or whatever, we are that much more ahead because we don't have that payment to make any longer.
I do not need Financial aid for school, I can't pay my Bills, I'am on Soc.Sec. and disabled, wife has Diabeties, we just do not make enough to pay all of them (Bills). We can't recieve food
stamps, or, they say, anything else to help us. Only make $1500
a month, for us both, anything out there that we could possibly
qualify for to help us? We are thinking about Bankruptcy, Would
this be good for us? Please help! send email to: rcoop4@ymail.com
PS: Thanks,
The hardest thing to do is sometimes committing to change. If your finances stress you out you're obviously doing something wrong and not taking enough control of your finances. Getting on a written budget is definitely the way to go for me. Not knowing where your money is going but just that something's not working is very stressful. Even if you run out of money because of old debt or whatever, seeing how you're spending your money helps you reallocate resources. Would you hire an accountant to run business finances for you if they had no idea where the money was going, didn't budget and walked around all stressed?!?!?! So why do it with your finances?
I read one recipe that called for using corn syrup and was a bit dismayed. That site had user comments and suggestions. They suggested using the equivalent amount of honey or molasses as corn syrup as the substitute. I can attest that there was not a noticeable difference in the taste. However, I felt much better about eating that recipe.
Although, growing up as a child, my Mom gave us corn syrup by the 4-letter brand that starts with a K for our pancakes and/or waffles. I think I turned out OK. I think :)
P.S. I enjoy going to buy honey from the local flea market from local vendors. You know the benefits for eating local honey, so I will not go on and on.
You align the BACK bumpers of your car not the front.
If you have an SMART car and pull up next to a SUV you'll be parking in the SUV's back seat. If you have an SUV and pull up next to a SMART car you'll completely over shoot the spot.
Thanks for the comment, Guest. I am a big believer in "everything in moderation." I usually use sugar, myself, but the corn syrup definitely gave it a smoother texture. I might try honey or molasses, next batch.
People need to realize that they are not alone in this. Many families are facing financial hardship. I'm not trying to make them feel better, just reminding folks that times are tough and you just need to do what it takes to get through this.
Hi Lucio,
I signed up with Gapbuster Worldwide, submitted personal information, completed the training video, passed with 100% and instructed to begin searching for jobs, I was not able to aquire the drop down boxes information so submitted a "contact us" request three times, still no answer. I noticed you worked for this company, I could not find any contact information other than submitting the three requests I did. Is there another way to contact these people? The web site I applied on was xec.gapbuster.com/. I can still log on but unable to get into the job postings. Any assistace would be greatly appreciated!

Pitching yeast is when you rehydrate it. You can pitch liquid yeast, too. You take the yeast you are given. It us dormant at the time. Add warm water and a little food. The food should be what you are using in your wart or mash. This will feed the yeast, start reproduction and encourage the yeast to grow that likes what you are feeding it, first. Since there are lots of yeast cells, not all of them like sugar the same. So the yeast that does like it, kicks in first and gets strongest. In 20 minutes, your yeast has doubled in volume. Now you have a growing yeast colony, ready to take on the wash.
Wallace,
You just need to make a quart of Lipton Tea and use that for some of the water. Don't worry about what you have. If you did not save some of the yeast, pull off some now before it drinks itself to death with alcohol. Put it in the fridge with a little sugar water added to feed it. You can use it for the next batch.
DAP is a fertilizer that is also added to cattle feed for nutrients. If it is food grade, its yeast grade. Central Florida has enough feed stores to find something like it, and cheep.
If you are in central Florida, you should have a vast supply of fruit. Even oranges and watermelons would be great! Find an old orchard, old trees, not picked for years. The fruit will not be fit for humans. The rough, woody fruit is super sweat. You can use that to ferment and distill. The who idea of alcohol, was to save the crops so you could use the carbs during the winter months. "Pillars of the Earth" explains how they used beer for breakfast. So use the free fruit. Watermelons grow great in the sandy soil. Spend $5 on seeds or just use the seeds from a watermelon. Plant them in a field, the woods or dry swamp area. Come back when they are ready. They should have enough sugar and water in them to ferment in a large trash can. You could tweak it by adding sugar to maximize your yeast, if you like.
I do travel to Orlando on occasions. From where, I can not say. Big brother is always watching you.
Battle Line is fun for two players and easy to pick up and play. Games are short. Games have a varying degree of luck based on what cards are dealt to each player. Close games can be very strategic. Carcassonne is fun too.
Wigs for Kids seems like a really good place to donate hair. OR you could sell your hair and donate the money to your favorite organization, which is what a friend and I are planning on doing.
That's what I want to know, too. Can we sell, barter, trade them or will groupon or living social take them back or void them? Can someone answer that? I live in Miami and my mom is in LA and we both have some we didn't use but have not expired yet. Can we sell them on Ebay or in the internet.
Of course! Or rather, almost everyone would, just like almost everyone would rather drive than walk, rather live in a big house than a small apartment, rather buy a bottle of water than drink out of a fountain, and so on.
I'm fine with everybody feeling that way, and I'm even fine with people acting on those feelings. I just want to remind people that they have a choice.
If you choose to focus an satisfying only some of your wants—the ones that are most important to you—a bunch of good things happen. For one thing, you free up resources that might have been spent satisfying secondary wants and can use them to satisfy your primary wants more deeply. Or, as an alternative, you can choose not to even acquire those resources, if you don't need them to satisfy your most important wants. That opens up a lot of other options—you can do work that you enjoy rather than whatever pays the most.
That's why I write stuff like this. It's not because I think people would prefer to sit around and be hot. It's because I find that I'd rather sit around and be hot while writing what I want to write than sit in a nicely air conditioned cubicle writing whatever my boss wants me to write.
I would warn against taking Excedrin for the caffeine. It does not have enough in relation to the acetaminophen to make it safe. You would need to take a few of them, and by that point, you're doing liver damage.

Income tax itself is criminal so I figure if you aren't scamming any individual or other business, more power to ya!
Antique bookcases are usually made up of oak this tree whose wood is usually used in making furniture's or floorings.

I always look forward to the posting of a new Marla Walters' article. Not only are they informative, but they are also hugely entertaining!

corn syrup (glucose-fructose) is one of THE worst food products out there. You should be using real sugar. Using corn syrup is very bad for you.
Thanks for the suggestion, Nick!
Hi, Renee. Yes, this is definitely very close to an aioli, from what I have read. Thanks for commenting!
