Just because you have a license does not mean you are a great driver either . I think you are taking a chance riding with someone who is not a PRO . Not to mention the safety factor involved . I would pay the little extra and ride with a PRO .
This is exactly my thoughts. I am a 67 year young woman and thought of Uber driving, but then backed out for the above reasons posted by Foster Jr. I just cant bear the thought of having to clean up puke in my spic and span vehicle. I dont think I would drive at night, but still...
Once a member, sign up for Audible's mailing list, to know its Daily Deal. I've gotten some great books this way, at a fraction of the monthly cost.
And while you mention Overdrive, don't forget that hoopla and OneClickDigital also have an audiobook library borrowing program.
And you also should mention librivox, for your favorite public domain volunteer audio needs.
And lastly, a user should invest in a quality Kindle device which has "text-to-speech". While it takes some getting used to (mispronouncing the different ways to say, "live", for example), it is a pleasant enough way to get some non-audio-books in one's daily commute.
I have bothe the imperia and the atlas pasta makers and i would not let any water even a damp papertowel anywhere near my machines . i just use a brush to dust it over before and after use . BD
Hello Amy, thanks for including us on this list. Unfortunately for me, 30 has passed so I'm looking for how to achieve financial freedom before the age of 35 :)
Really wonderful piece of writing. While going through your article i realized that i am so much lazy that I could not keep my things in apple pie order. You are absolutely right that there is need to maintain a list of all belongings.
Be careful. If you get the airline to reimburse your checked luggage fee you may be "terminating your contract" with them. In a court of law they would no longer have to pay you.
I love having my American Express with me when I travel for the reasons you highlighted in the article. What's cool is that the benefits for all credit cards run deeper than the simple cash back rate the advertise in commercials or online ads. A lot of CC companies now allow you to book through their website and sometimes offer a higher cash back rate for using their service.
If you have read your insurance policy, you would have seen a limit on theft of jewelry and items just lost are generlly not covered at all. Please check your work.
The only place we pay retail is Dollar Tree! Have created seasonal wardrobes and furnished a lovely home second-hand. For example: Negotiated with local 'junk' emporium and got ornate white-enameled queen bed frame w/rails, new boxspring, delivery and set-up for $175. Paired with our existing mattress, it is perfection. Also enjoy wearing my cream cashmere Ralph Lauren blazer on cooler days - a true find from our local hospital thrift store for $2.50 + $7 dry cleaning. You're so right...this is inexpensive psychotherapy. One can indulge one's inner shopaholic (same endorphin rush) and keep most of the cash in your wallet:) Have tried desperately to impart this wisdom to my best friend, who is heavily in debt from indulging all her high-end cravings, but to no avail. Sadly, she's all about labels...oh, well - it's her loss.

It figures a real plumber would find issues with almost all these great suggestions!Could it be its cutting into his profits,eh?(wink and a nod)
I noticed that the Web Analytics book is copyright 2007. Is there a version that you recommend that is more current?

I guess not, since I spent $60 on a custom candy box and a card. But she loves them.

That's what I call a common sense person. This wisdom is worth more than its weight in Gold!123
We live in an area with beautiful wildflowers so instead of store-bought ones I just go an pick some! They are even more beautiful!

We save money by eating at home. We usually will make a big brunch and then have a BBQ
My son makes me a homemade gift.

Make brunch at home instead of going out to eat
I like to CLEAN for mom....it doesn't cost me anything, but she sure appreciates it. I mean who likes to clean the oven?!
I usually buy a gift card at a grocery store using a credit card with a bonus category so I can get up to 6% back!
We usually have a BBQ at home rather than going out to eat and I keep the gift reasonable.
I try to get ideas at least a week or two in advance. I want her to have exactly what she wants but this gives me the time to shop around!

#5 is ridiculous. Every job application asks what year you graduated from high school. It's not hard to do the math. Call it a loophole...
Kurt - I don't know what was going on two years ago, but Fidelity seems to be playing up the accounts now. Check out this link: https://www.fidelity.com/retirement-ira/roth-ira-kids
Great list!
