We have decided to start a personal finance blog documenting our race to a million dollars. We’ll be staging our own competition to see who can get to a million dollar net worth first.

But in all seriousness, the race is a secondary goal to this blog. Our goals for writing this blog are many:
- To use the blog as a motivational tool to improve our personal finance situations. The race adds to the motivation factor.
- To give others an example of how easy it is to build wealth if you have just a little bit of self discipline.
- Have fun trying different ways to build wealth.
