This site is dedicated to the art of making money. On this site I hope to inspire you into self-development and prosperity. As I will write in many of my articles, a big part of being successful comes with the right attitude towards life and I think that this skill can be trained.
Many people believe that there is an innate talent that makes you successful in life. In the sense that you have to find the things in life that you enjoy to do in order to find the inspiration to commit, this could be true. But my experience from meeting and reading about successful people has also given me a different picture of the subject. Most of these successful people, I've noticed, have first decided to on a goal and then with persistence and a positive attitude made it through the challenges they have faced. Commitment seems to be the thing that these people have in common.
Another assumption behind this site is that, if you are interested in a subject, the probability is also high that you will become good at it. But even more important in my opinion is that I think that everyone can get good at everything, if they just learn about the subject, or at least good enough to make money on it. My work as an company analyst include the tasks of financing new inventions and new ventures for companies. I've noticed that most often it isn't the brightest persons that will get most successful, but the ones with the best attitude towards new opportunities.
My advice is to read as lot of financial literature as possible, if you want to get successful in business. At the beginning it may feel hard with all the new terminology in the subject. But as you learn more, you will eventually notice that your skills makes you more receptive to new knowledge on the subject, which again makes you even more interested in the subject. Then when you are interested and good at your subject, you will notice that a whole new world opens up for you.
But ideas in themselves are not enough, if not acted upon. Knowledge is power, when you use it constructively. Knowledge is only potential power. On this site I will also concentrate a lot on getting you (and me, of course) the right habits, to make successful action habitual.
