Ask the Readers: Do You Have Rules for Lending Your Stuff?

Editor's Note: Congratulations to Tabathia, Mary, and Patricia for winning this week's contest!

We all know that you need to tread carefully when you lend money to — or borrow money from — your friends or family. Lending things may not be as fraught as lending money, but it can still be a strain on your relationship if something you value comes back in worse condition...or not at all.

Do you have rules for lending your stuff? Have you ever had an especially good or bad lending experience? Are there any particular items that you enjoy lending out, or any that you've sworn to never leave your house in someone else's hands?

Tell us if you have rules for lending your stuff and we'll enter you in a drawing to win a $20 Amazon Gift Card!
