I would say that I dine out every other two weeks. I love korean food and sometimes I go to Groupon and get a coupon, pay and go out with my cousin. I end up saving up a few bucks
Of all the places you mentioned, I've been to Dublin, London, Disney World, and Naples; I barely spent much time in the first two and wasn't crazy about them, but I completely disagree about the latter two. Disney World and all its parks as well as Universal Studios were expensive, but worth every penny.
And like another commenter mentioned about Naples, most of the people harshly criticizing the city have probably never even been there. I spent a few days in Naples just last month and in my experience it doesn't deserve the bad reputation it gets. No, it wasn't sparkling clean, but the garbage strikes have been long over. I walked through all different parts of Naples even late at night, and while the areas right around the train station felt a bit shady, I never once felt in danger of being mugged or robbed. Certainly had no problems around the historical center, and had the best pizza I've ever tasted at bargain prices. The pizza I had in other parts of Italy was mostly mediocre, but Naples truly offers the best pizza in the world.
I loved that Naples had many more locals and an authentic "real" Italy experience since it wasn't swamped with tourists like the more popular cities can get. It was nice while in Italy to be surrounded by people speaking Italian rather than English, for a change.
Per the California Attorney General's Credit Services Organization's (CSO) oversight person I own the only credit repair firm in CA which follows all federal and state laws.
My nationally known Fair Credit Reporting Act lawyer-litigator and I are baffled as to why the Federal Trade Commission does not shut down Lexington Law for their practices of illegally disputing accurate bad credit. (Violates Consumer Credit Protection Act).
Aside from being illegal, disputing bad credit is a fairly low success rate tactic AND sets up the person disputing for an allegation of the Bank Fraud statute. This is why I will never let my firm dispute an accurately reported piece of credit.
Instead we get our results by being 100% truthful and honest and we use tactics I thought up and ran by my lawyers for legality.
A Chase employee got fired a couple years back for hiring a company to dispute his accurate bad credit!
I sleep easy at night. I get great results lawfully and my clients, including many lawyers, loan officers and Realtors love me. I protect their licenses.
Why didn't you mention brands you can buy at national beauty supply stores? Great savings can be found! For example, Sally beauty supply stores (online too) have excellent demi permanent and permanent hair color brands that beat the cheapest prices you list in your article.
About #8, I disagree with this if you have a pick up or SUV with a trailer hitch and a car. Presently for less than $55 you can buy a towing accessory to tow your vehicle https://smile.amazon.com/Hiltex%C2%AE-20046-Adjustable-Safety-Chains/dp/... and the benefit there is that you can also load belongings that you want to move as well into the unoccupied vehicle, keeping in mind weight limits of course. You can always go and get your vehicle weighed, once it's loaded, to make sure it's within the right weight limit.
I am not sure where this writer got his information but it is necessary to ask many of these questions in the course of reviewing an application to evaluate qualifications. If you are not asking any questions then there is no screening being done. It is ok to ask for information but you cannot discriminate based on race, familial status, disability or other fair housing issues. If you do not ask about marital status then you may turn someone down on financial means by not including the spouses income. The same goes for children as adult children may have income needed. We ask for information so that we can make an informed decision not to discriminate.

I just purchased two gift cards through Amazon for $1.04 and $1.85 respectively. No issues and no $1.00 hold. Thank you for this thread, I was so bummed that I'd have to lose the amounts!
We dine out maybe twice a month. I don't like spending money on food. I really only eat out if I'm craving something in particular or to celebrate something with my son.

We eat out as a family roughly once a week. Between the snacks and drinks my wife and girls may eat while out, that's probably another twice a week.

I'm interested to see how this can help me. I need to move. , bigger place, a new car, pay bills current and take my wonderful 15 yearold on vacatiin.
We go out way more than we should, maybe 8 times a month? We need to cut back and make more things at home.

Hardly ever. My husband has hearing loss so we only go out if I have someone else to talk to.
I rarely eat out because I am watching my budget.
Because we both work evening shifts, we go out for lunch at least once a week. Then on our mutual day off, we will go out for dinner.

I seldom eat out, maybe once or twice a month. I only eat at fast food places or casual sit-down restaurants.
We very seldom go out to eat. Perhaps once a month? I prefer my own cooking because I know the ingredients are fresh!

I eat out about 5 times a week. I am usually too tired to cook.
It's expensive to eat out as a family so we try to limit it to once a week, maybe twice if we have a coupon.
Agree. If my high score is because I don't borrow money and I pay my bills, what good are low loan rates and more credit cards? LOL
Thanks for a simple way to think about transportation costs and options!
On birthdays. Maybe 5 times a year for a family of 5.
