A simple & very nice website to follow latest fashion clothing trends.
While I appreciate Dawn's cleaning ability, I think it's an expensive and wasteful idea to use it to make an ice pack. The concept is fine, but you can easily use a much less expensive liquid soap. There will be no difference in the effectiveness of the ice pack.
My husband and I keep V-Day pretty low key and always have. I cook one of his favorite meals and we exchange small gifts. I often get flowers, too, which is very nice!
I think your list is very good. It's well written and easy to follow. These are all things that get lost in our busy life. There is a lot of common sense in this article, things that people have been missing for years, not understanding what they want but from this article people can follow easily and get happy life.
My husband & I are planning on going to the arcade for Valentine's Day! A couple of rolls of quarters keep us entertained for hours playing pinball. :)
Thank you for sharing! Here are some tips from me: Take a walnut and rub on wood dings and watch them disappear. Clean baseboards with a dryer sheet to clean and repel dust buildup. Rub chalk on a grease stain to absorb and remove.
My spouse and I don't exchange gifts for Valentine's Day or other holidays. We prefer to put that money into our travel fund instead for fun future adventures together. On V-Day we don't go out to dinner either since everywhere is booked/busy/noisy/crowded, so we either go out to dinner the night before or after or, more often, we get a pizza and hang out at home, play with our dogs, play board games, watch movies, etc. Sometimes we splurge and get our favourite gourmet chocolates and/or a bottle of Champagne, but it's typically a relaxing night in.
We save by celebrating with a nice dinner at home, then going out on a different night. It's too crowded in restaurants here on V-Day~ not worth the trouble.
We celebrate on a day/night other than Valentine's Day, that way we can relax and enjoy ourselves without the big hassle and rush of waiting for reservations, etc. We go to our city Zoo (which is free) and walk around, if it's nice weather. Or our local movie theater has $5 movies on Tuesdays right now.
Just because a vegetable has a thick skin doesn't mean it keeps pesticides out. The pesticides still get into the soil and are absorbed by the plant through nutrition. And let's not forget about fungicides and insecticides and everything else they use in big agriculture. This article is blatantly misinformed and needs to be research further.
Please do not recycle the study you cite in item 10. It's a straw man argument--organic food is in demand because it is grown without heavy chemical and pesticide application and lacks GMOs (in most cases); not because it contains more nutrients.
We make homemade heart-shaped pizza and chocolate dipped strawberries, maybe a little chocolate fondue at home with our kids on Valentine's Day. My hubby and I celebrate our Halfaversary on the 19th of February. (Next week is 19 1/2! and we're going out to a favorite restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner just the 2 of us.) That way, we enjoy a special celebration for just us -- and no inflated prices and difficult reservations.

We avoid the crowds and cook and have champagne at home.
Disappointed that the article says nothing about giving to charity, which should arguably top the list of lessons young adults should learn.

Plumbers are probably safe. Can't unclog a drain from a tree root ingrowth remotely from another country, after all!

Olivia, I completely agree. It seems like if you're already cutting back, the only way to get out of debt is to increase income
This must be fun and enjoy reading tweets from others. I hope I can win. Great post!
Verizon FIOS in Sudbury MA just gave me a 12 month trial of HBO just for asking. That's right, a free year!!

Any tips for not getting your ad automatically deleted by craigslist? I've been having this problem.
