David M, I'm wondering how much this has effected your credit score? I have opened credit cards for the perks too, but usaully keep them open until they close themselves out or don't close them out at all. I see this effecting two big things on your credit score if you close accounts out regularly - Average age of an account and balance to credit limit ratio.
I used a rinse of one part apple cider vinegar to one part water for years. The acid tightens the hair cuticle. I stopped when I was perming my hair. Shouldn't use it with colored hair either. White vinegar might work better with blondes.
I have found that writing very personal cover letters that are very specific to the company you are applying for really helps. Sometimes I will study a company and do a bunch of research online about them - then I write in my cover letter all the ways I think I can help them. I find that it can get you noticed, since the HR or hiring director will recognize that you took your time to look into the company.
I am sorry but this is terrible advice. Most insurance companies will not insure the cost of an expensive piece of jewelry without a) an appraisal, and b) an additional rider. No one should ever assume that their jewelry is covered under their policy, which will likely only cover their loss up to $2500 (not including the deductible). Additionally, a home-owner's policy will generally only cover the ring for the wholesale replacement value, meaning that a ring that appraised for 11k may only warrant 5 or 6k - whatever their jewelry wholesale partner says they can replace the ring for. In the case of antique or estate jewelry, or other items that are not easily reproduced or have more intangible value, a jewelry specific insurance which will replace the item based on retail replacement value is the best way to go. Do your research!
Sweet potatoe and black bean sounds so delicious! I always make sweet potatoes in the microwave and it comes out amazing. Healthy, quick, and delicious!
I would like to thank you very much. Years ago my x-husband got me a tool box with the basics. I then gained a job where I needed auto repair tools and what was in the tool box were not put in a safe place. My boyfriend bought me a tool box for Christmas this year and now I need to put the tools in there. I really appreciate the assistance with getting it set up with the tools I might need.
I always think of microwavable meals as sodium loaded health disasters, but you've got some good variety in here. I'll have to try the sweet potato black bean.
I'm buying a house today, so I'm excited about moving in! I'm also supposed to finally graduate from college this summer! 2014 will be an awesome year for me.
Nice post. One of the main hurdles in working from home is that people start taking you for granted. They think that since you are at home, you will be available any time of the day for leisure activities. One should be very firm on this and be clear that working from home is serious business and should be pursued like any other business. Another thing that should be avoided is not to mix household chores with your business.
When I cut MSG out of my diet, my carpal tunnel suddenly went away. I don't know for sure that it causes cancer, but it's definately a way to ensure you consume too much sodium (hense, inflamation). Bottom line, it's not good for you.
