My company's posts are always flagged for no reason other than for spite! There should be some accountability for flagging such as providing user/member info, etc. People without a CL account shouldn't be allowed to flag. Overall CL is a good product and concept, but the trash of society will always worm their way to undermine anything good.

I always advise my clients not to add it to your homeowners policy. Hannah, I don't know where you live or bank, but you absolutely should not have to pay anything for writing checks off your own account! I would look for a new bank immediately if I were you, there are so many options out there. My husband & I have checking & savings at Chase. Our checking account is 100% free, we don't pay any fees for anything, not even to write a check. Online bill pay is free too.
Again, some of us live in a city where street parking is the only option. That would be a hell of an extension cord, believe me if I had a garage to park in, I would.

Seriously, paying down debt is a good idea especially if it's floating rate debt. Overpaying for a home just to be "house rich" is something no one should ever do in the first place.
When I married, I looked at a managed fund my wife used. The load on all funds contributed was in the area of %5.75 +/- 1% plus every year a .6% fee plus we owe another $80. for the fund. When I asked the person if they get paid from the %5.75 they said no.
So if she wanted to invest 10K she actually had to pay like 10,610 then on top of that she had to pay $80 annual fee + the fund charges like $60. So after it is all said and done with the down market we lost big time. Now we are starting to recover.
But it makes me wonder how that $610 paid out in one big chunk really helped me.
Then each year how that $140 really helps me. Especially when you see the total going down down down. The only help is that the amount does not go down as fast when the total is so much less. So when the 10,000 went down to $5,000 we lost less money at $5,000 than $10,000.
Also now that the initial sales fee is paid, I wonder if they want us out of the fund because we are not paying the $600 all the time and now they have to support our account.
There's rarely any true need to shop either place. Target is showing that they're just another dismissive, unethical company in the wake of their recent security debacle. Yes, there are some rural areas where a big box has become the only option. OK. Everyone else, stop rationalizing liking Target vs. Wal-Mart on remotely ethical grounds, and admit you just like them better aesthetically.

I want to be able to do TEN PULL UPS be for the end of next year. I have gone my whole life never able to do one. I signed up for scarf aerial classes at a family friends gym. There for I will have some one holding me accountable to showing up.
For 2014, I plan to beat my depression, get off meds, and wipe out my $10k credit debt! I know I can do it, and my wife and I have a solid plan in place. Looking forward to a great year!
My resolution for 2014 is to write out some personal and blogging goals for myself at the beginning of the month and then check in the next month to see how I did. I've never really been that much of a goal-oriented person before, so I'm going to see how it goes. You always hear that people with clearly defined goals accomplish more, so I'm out to find out if this is true or not! Although I am new at this goals thing, I would agree that the more specific you can make it the better. And falling in love sounds like a terrible resolution! What a way to put extra pressure on yourself, your dates, etc. Do some people actually make that resolution?

There are some new models in Excalibur which come with glass doors that allow monitoring without interfering in the drying process which I think is cool as earlier they did not have this.
Nesco FD-80 which is the only square model from them is also nice.
What about putting a small electric radiator type heater in the passenger compartment of your vehicle via an extension cord to heat the passenger compartment just enough to keep it above freezing so frost, ice, sleet, or snow won't accumulate overnight. The heaters have no moving parts and use internal heating coils suspended in mineral oil to produce heat, so they should be safe. Eh?
I'd like to reach my goal weight in 2014 (which I do think is doable) and have an exercise routine I stick to (more likely to fail at this, I hate exercise!) and this weekend my husband and I are going to go over our 2013 finances and make our 2014 financial resolutions.
