I am following Dave Ramsey's "baby steps" plan; I am on a strict budget and am paying cash for everything now. Handing over cash hurts more than whipping out the debit card (my credit cards have been long ago shredded)!
So, when I pay cash for things, I usually get coins back as change. Every Friday, I empty all of the coins from my wallet into a coffee can (that's duct taped shut so I can't see what's in there). The can is tucked on a shelf in my closet. I have no idea how much is in there, but I weighed it last week, and it's over 3 pounds. When it's full, I'll open it up and go "splurge" at Goodwill or Salvation Army!
Financial Success for me means that I can afford the realistic things I want without worrying too much about it. I wouldn't go out and think I can just buy a new car because I want to, but I don't worry if I want to grab a pizza tonight instead of cooking dinner. But I will really be excited when my student loan debt is finally paid off!
Financial success to me is paying basic living expenses and still having enough money leftover to honor my values. Those are things like: being able to afford a plane ticket to visit family, helping those in need, or spending money on a date night with my husband. They're all relationship based it would seem!
My bank offers credits to buyers that are considered to be low to moderate income. The buyer can receive up to 1.5% of the loan amount in a credit that gets applied directly to their closing costs...

A few of the techniques seem obvious but may not be part of your routine if you don't go on many interviews -- for me that would be to remember to remove change from my pockets or purse to keep them from making distracting noises.

I suggest that if you dont really know what your talking about, then you probably should not say anything at all. Im a manager for papa murphys and every morning i go in there at 6 30 and make the dough that we use for that day. I start with water add flour and then yeast. I also chop tomatoes meaning I have to take the core out cut them in half and then put them in a copper one by one that cuts them into bite size pieces. I also do that with EVERY SINGLE other veggie in the store. I also get my veggies in twice a week, never have any veggies there for more than 2 days. And for the cheese, hahaha I wish it came shredded that would save me an hour and a half a day. We get our cheese in #40 blocks and have to cut each one into 6 pieces and same thing with the cheddar and we have to put #10 provolone to every #4 of cheddar. there really is a lot more to it than you think. Im not kidding you but papa Murphy's is the FRESHEST and Im not sure what store you are going in but let me just tell you its not the company its the person who is running that place and I wouldn't be surprised if they are gone in not to long, because papa Murphy's head quarters is very strict and they watch things very carefully.

A good recruiter will give you honest feedback whether it is good or bad. If it is bad, they might never call you again because you are not marketable but they will deliver the news to you regardless so that you can continue in your job seeking efforts. It's all about doing your best in an interview because, it's either you will be hired or not.
