My dealership warranty ended so someone called me letting me know that. They suggested I buy one because car repairs on an Escalade is very high. I just lost my job so that scared me and i mailed them what they needed . But now I feel like a sucker.

7 of the 10 signs apply to my position , let said that almost everything is good in the company ... their is a big BUT for me ..the payment is really bad.. ( im a international sales person , with a degree on international bussiness and I get pay commission only or minium wage in some cases ).... what would you do ?
This is an excellent list! All these tips are smart, especially the tip on making your own bread - it's amazing how much more cheaply it works out when you just take a little time to do it yourself. There are some other things, like granola bars, hummus, and even cheese, that you can make yourself for a better price than what you can by them for. Same with packaging your own snacks, just a little planning on your part equals considerable savings at the store. Again, great advice!
Great points! I stopped buying meats as the main dish and really started to save more money. Meats can cost $15-$20 for just one meal but beans are much less expensive ($1). And its really just as healthy too!
My husband & I both worked full time & brought home pretty close to the same income for the first 6 years of our marriage, then we had our daughter & we had agreed that I would return to work on a part time basis. After having our daughter 3 1/2 years ago, I realized that I did not want to return to work at all (which I never thought would be the case, I LOVED my job). When our daughter was 9 months old I quit my job that I had done for almost 12 years. Our income was cut in half and we continued to maintain the same lifestyle, we changed a few small things like where we shopped & how much we bought "to stock up" before our daughter. We now have a 2 month old son as well & I continue to stay home. I have been teaching myself to sew a few simple things, I make our laundry detergent & liquid hand soap, I made & will make our children's baby food, I have taken up canning (we plant a decently large garden) & I make a majority of homemade Christmas gifts. I guess what I'm trying to say if there's a will there's a way. I will do with less or without to be able to stay at home with our children, there is no amount of money that would replace the memories I am making with our children. There will be a day that I can go back to work & make money. For now my children's smiles, love, hugs & kisses are worth more than any paycheck I have ever earned.
Indeed I do. I enjoy taking surveys, particularly if they're on an important topic and I sense that I may have some influence on the results. Many surveys are interesting and fun.
Yes, I take surveys that allow me to earn a few extra bucks in the form of gift cards, magazine subscriptions, or rewards points that I can put toward earning a free flight or a hotel stay. Last year, I took enough surveys to earn about 7,500 points to the Hilton Honors rewards program. These points, combined with those I earned from previous stays, were enough to send my parents on a free two night getaway to Tucson, AZ for their Christmas present!
I've also used points from surveys to get year long magazine subscriptions, which doesn't require filling out nearly as many surveys as you might think. It's been a great way to get free reading material!
Yes, I do surveys. I use acop.com, mturk.com, multiple phone apps, and the arbitron radio survery that comes in the mail with cash. I like the fact that I can earn some extra cash when I want to. Granted it isn't much, but a couple hundred bucks over the course of a year is a couple hundred bucks...
what so you don't actually earn money, just get the money you had to spend back? Net result doing their quality control evaluation for free. Nice little earner.

So because you worked for a shyster who didn't adhere to the agreed up plan rates that means plans are a gimmick? I don't follow your reasoning. So if I pay less to a reputable dentist he's suddenly going do a lousy job? It's one thing if the rates are originally reasonable, but the dentists I have going to charge exorbitant rates without the discount, for example, $150 for deep cleaning a single quadrant without a discount, $122 with a discount. I'm not going to the dentist to flatter him, may be he should be flattering me.
