Along the lines of point 2, if you really love the material in a class that is central to a career despite the teacher (some of my teachers have been truly awful), that can be a good indicator that you will enjoy the career anyway.
If I'm running late and don't have any time to iron, I'll just throw my shirt or pants in the dryer for about 15 minutes, while I chow down breakfast. Works like a charm! Haven't tried using the steam from my shower to iron my shirt. Wonder how well that would really work. Hmm...

Rarely, I do, but really the time invested doesn't yeild a good return. Crowdtap did everyone a dirty and ditched all our points. It was really criminal how they wasted our time. After that, I just stick to Swagbucks.
It looks like you're talking about two different things here: 1. Getting your hair cut on a practice day by hairdressing students, and 2. Getting your hair cut with the purpose of being a hair model.
I agree that I've had friends who have gotten pretty decent cuts by students, if you don't want anything fancy. As a hair model, on the other hand, you lose complete control. I had a friend who modelled hairstyles, and while she was always a fashionable sort of person, sometimes the hairstyles were just... weird. Once they shaved off her eyebrows to "complete a look." And then you need to get photographed or maybe even live-model your 'do before a crowd of people. Not everyone wants to do this. I, certainly, wouldn't have to confidence to walk around with, say, half my head buzz-cut because that's the style this month.
Oh yeah! Great idea. I think its incredibly important for people to exercise and I usually try to do it on my lunch break. What a great idea sleeping in workout clothes is though... it'll make exercising in the morning so much easier!
Yes, I used to take a A LOT of surveys -- the kind of site where if you do a ton of them, you eventually earn points for gift cards. It was good for killing time, and I was able to get several $25 gift cards. I haven't done it in over a year, because I don't have that sort of down time anymore.
I used to take a lot of surveys, but the rewards did not compensate for the time spent. Plus, answering all those repetitious questions began to be annoying.
I tried doing surveys for money, but I probably was trying the wrong sites. Seemed like a lot of work and giving away of information for very little return, so I stopped.
When we finish a container of juice I cut it rightin in the middle so I can use the top as a funnel or open bag closure n then I use the bottom half and embellish the top so no sharp edges and I use it as a trash can, basket,Halloween bag, and containers for multiple item
I think 9 should be split into 2 numbers. The buy when it's the right time is good. But, the point is that if you have the room or know you will use it before expiration...stock up. This is great for meat packages if you have the freezer room. But, never buy if it will expire, or you won't really eat it (just bought it because it was a good deal.)
