I don’t know if anyone is still looking, but if you’re in Vancouver, BC, http://www.couponsbc.ca/vancouver/ is another site worth checking out to grab some free coupons
Extreme Couponing is just people going nuts over whatever they can get their hands on, but couponing done the right way will save you a ton of money and doesn't take much time to do. My wife save us about $600 a month and doesn't spend more than a few hours a week by couponing. Coupontosave.com is one of the sites she uses, the site goes over step by step of how to coupon correctly without clearing the shelves. It also posts deals on fresh produce which I don't think Iv'e seen any other site do, but anyway check out the site.
Thats a great list but one of my favorites is coupontosave.com, its a site that has a lot of deals everyday, I think one day they posted like 40 deals which is crazy! They are very informative, check them out.
Ive tried a q-tip dipped in mouthwash when i feel the tingling, held it there for 5-10mins and the cold sore didnt appear... Ive tried over the counter medicine and some home remedies and this one worked best for me
Is it really possible to stop it without getting rid of the debt? I am stressed about my student loan debt. I have $80K (mostly private loans) in student loans and I went to a public school. Unlike some, my parents weren't able to help me out and made just enough so I didn't receive Federal Aid. As far as decision making....I eat, sleep and blog students loans. I do not know how anyone can go about living their lives not stressing about the amount of interest they pay. After doing my taxes I was laughing(angrily) at the $2,500 deduction when I paid more than $10K in interest.Thank you for the tips.
From what I've read, dietary acids lower blood sugar, for example, lemon and vinegar.
Some tricks: eat salads with vinaigrette; tell the sandwich artist to put lots of vinegar on your Subway sandwiches; if you like it hot, put Tabasco (which has vinegar) on everything (well, almost everything!); enjoy that pickled stuff (although it does have high sodium, unfortunately); add some drops of lemon juice or vinegar to your food as well as water your drink -- you get the idea.
Also, perhaps pasta gets an undeserved bad rap. I've seen some sources (but there seems to be disagreement) that say pasta is not high glycemic, especially if cooked el dente (firm, not overcooked). The durum wheat in pasta is a protein which stabilizes sugar. Also, white rice is bad, but brown rice is good.
More than 20 years ago, a friend gave me an aquarium, and that's how I started getting obsessed with aquarium fish. I was able to breed different types of tropical fish that I decided to convert our old swimming pool into a fish pond.
I now supply different types of tropical fish to some pet stores here in our area. :)
Not this year due to a series of unforseen events. We had a death in the family and helped with final expenses and had a major medical issue and our health insurance has a 7K out of pocket deductable each year. This has been a painful year so far.
We just came back from an amazing trip to the Amazon Basin in Ecuador. So, with the exception of visiting my folks and sending my son back to college on the East Coast, we are done traveling for the next few years.
Blogging is my hobby and have not really made any tangible income. My focus has been to satisfy my audience, their comments gives me alot of satisfaction
Really? Dancing? I am a horrible dancer and it's my boyfriend who really knows the steps. Should I just pay him to teach me? No. He'll do it for free. Haha
Excellent stuff Elizabeth, there is the site I use cashforlaptops back when I need to sell my old Compaq some time when the article was written. I got the money after some weeks and the experience has been nothing but great. Usually these kinds of sites are here to give the users ease of use, instead of of going to a physical store, just do all the transactions online.

There's a lot you can do with a junk car. Donating it to a mechanic's school is a sound piece of advice. This will allow the car owner to dispose his old ride, and future mechanics can learn about cars further through the donation.

I love this. There have been too many times when I've discovered that people I have been waiting for are finally ready to do something...but I'm not, because I haven't been working while waiting.

Great list! I'd love to include Heather Allard's, The Mogul Mom and Dawn Berryman's Market Mommy!

I can't afford to travel but I'm lucky to live not far from beaches.

What would you apply to the cold sore when it reaches the blister/weeping stage? Should you try to dry it out or keep it moist?
I am reading Chris' book right now and I can vouch for it being really excellent. It's got me all worked up and brainstorming like mad.!

Great ideas. I cant dance, bake, or sew. Left with photography, doing property inspections maybe.
I've been using witch hazel as an astringent every night for the past 6 months and haven't noticed anything. Grrrrr

Guessing that the blog has Sainsburys Plc permission for the photo of one of their food lab technicians. The give-away; The staff Name Badge.

Thanks Meg. Someone else taught me that and then the whole idea of patience made a lot more sense to me.
