The entire week was amazing! My favorite memory was a combination of meeting everyone I have known and worked with for the last few years, but hadn't met in person. So I don't think there was a single moment above everything (even though helping Phil's Friends was a very cool part of the conference).
My favorite takeaways were the ones which showed me I'm not doing enough outside of the traditional writing - I need to do more with FaceBook, Twitter, e-mail marketing, and other forms of media/engagement. It's a process, but a necessary one for today's audience.
My favorite moments were when people described their blogging situations on how casual they are and can freely express themselves online. I love reading blogs that really captivate the authors personality and that is what I try to do in mine as well.
I checked my score 2 weeks ago because I recently applied for a new credit card and they sent my credit score along with the credit card. This was actually the first time I have ever seen my credit score, granted I'm 22, and was surprised at the number (in a good way!). I know checking your credit score can lower the number so I'll restrict myself to checking it maybe once every 2 years if I really need to.
Yes, I know my credit score (and my husband's). It's checked annually. Surprisingly, we found some inaccurate information that we are working on having corrected. I recommend that everyone check theirs annually. We also found that my husband's ex-wife procured credit cards and loans in my husband's name after their separation and divorce. These days, it is too easy for someone to use your information to obtain $$$. Credit Karma is a great resource to check and optimize your credit score.
I figured out a new one recently: the fob for my car IS the key, but it will not allow me to leave it inside the car (it won't lock). It also has a removable, non-electronic key that will get me into one door. I removed that key and wrapped the fob completely in foil, thus blocking the signal from the fob to the car, allowing me to lock it inside my car while I went rafting.
Good luck! I love quinoa salad too - it's also a versatile side-dish for any dinner, which means that if you make enough, it can do double-duty as lunch the next day too.
You forgot about Megavideo, and other file-hosting and video sites. I've watched several movies and TV shows online for free, with a good search term in Google and a few clicks.
Quinoa salad it one of my favorites and it is always better the next day allowing the dressing to be further absorbed by the quinoa itself. Now its time to set a bit of time aside each night to make lunch in advance and save both money and pounds in the coming weeks.
YES! I do, and check it monthly as well as scan my credit reports for any changes. Been fighting a long uphill battle with the Reporting agencies to get my accounts cleaned up from mistakes THEY made in attaching derogatories that did not belong to me!
I understand the thermodynaamics aspect, but for this to really be anything noticable at night, the sun would have to heat your walls and furniture to the point where you couldn't touch them, LOL

Just for fun, as a new Philadelphian, (from a former Philadelphian), try Pudge's in Blue Bell for THE BEST cheesesteaks. It's a bit of a hole in the wall place in a strip mall, so keep your eyes open. But it's better than Pat's or Gino's. No fooling. Look online for yourself and see the photos. They ARE like that in real life. Roll up your sleeves. Very messy. Eat half of the regular and take home the leftovers. BTW It's not just chez whiz, American or provolone are standards too. And some like their's with pizza sauce.
I agree that it is a pretty silly oversell, but I'm pretty sure it is a fact. Anything, a block of concrete, will store heat when its warm and then release it when it gets colder. Wouldn't trade that perk for IRL colleagues any day. And now that I met so many of the bloggers I've been emailing and Tweeting with for years at FinCon11, I actually know what my colleagues look like!
I don't know if it's really my favorite memory, but perhaps the most bizarre:
Walking in to the hotel lobby damn near a zombie from lack of sleep on the train, picking up my badge and swag, overloaded with my heavy ass bags, still wearing my grubby-ass hoodie that must be at least 10 years old by now and probably shouldn't see the light of day, and being asked for an interview. Uhh... whut?
I sense jelousy in the air… Focus on negativity is just going to bring you more negativity into your life. Relax, be laid back, and start earning more ;)
