Hiya, Derek! Well, guacamole/avocado absolutely belong. We have an avocado tree and I put them in all kinds of stuff. I was just looking for some unusual things. You're right, though -guacamole, or sliced avocado, are delicious on burgers.
Thanks for this article. Gives us some insight as we plan to live in an RV.
One thing, regarding mail there are now several sites that you can join where they will give you a physical address. You can have your mail forwarded to that physical address which is the companies and they in turn open your mail, scan it and email it to you. The cost ranges in the $9.95 to $15.00 per month range. It's all part of being paperless. Also if you are staying somewhere for any length of time, the mail forwarding can arrange to send you your mail via USPS.
Internet is now offered via satellite and you can be connected virtually anywhere. We have a vacation home in Utah in the middle of no where and get faster internet there. via satellite.
It's funny how Ms Jane pretty much overshadowed this whole article, and how the majority of the readers actually seek her input/advice. Good job Ms. Jane. Very informative insight on your part.
No, but I'd walk away from institutions that charge them. I chose my bank for its large network of ATMs, and my brokerage rebates fees up to a reasonable monthly limit.
I just received this type of card in the mail and was confused since I didn't apply for this card. I had to research this card to determine what is going on. I don't like receiving stuff that feels like a scam and I know that others don't like it either. I cut up the card immediately after reading more about it.
Thanks for the kudos, Derek. And I agree - you can't build a lasting relationship if you're not being yourself. That's been a big rule for us as well. Congratulations on your 10+ years! :)
Gyms are great if you are going to actually use them, if not get a set of cheap dumbells or a kettlebell and use free online videos to develop a routine that suites you. This article is about as much use as gym equipment sitting in the shed collecting cobwebs.
Very practical advice - especially the one around taking notes and not talking too much. I can see how these can really help out your case down the road if legal troubles arise.
Great article. My wife and I have been together for > 10 years. I think your first tip about being your own person and not getting lost with who you are is the most valuable one. Recognizing this has helped to keep us together more than anything else.
All of these seem like great burgers to try. I would pass on the crab and Asian salmon ones though. My favorite to try first would be the Polynesian Burger!!

Luckily technology is changing at rapid pace!
Once in awhile, I will mix in some powder ranch dressing mix with the ground meat. And top it with tomato and avocado
.

I love what you said there - "unconditional" is key to building relationships that last. Congrats on your 20 years, Hanna, and here's to 20 more! :)
Thanks this was extremely useful as I was looking to doa first class companion ticket to Spain and it seems like I have one real choice for that.
Im on the same page buddy. I just dont do any extra and hopefully i can get laid off. good luck to you!

Great ideas! I also love your uses of different types of bread!

I agree with Katie about the tires. We have purchased many used tires but my hubby is a car guy.
Delicious ideas! The bacon and blue sounds awesome. Another idea is avocados, they're great on burgers too. This reminds me of Five Guys Burgers!

Awesome article and very well written. Maybe I need to dust off my old one and give it another shot?
I like the park and ice-cream idea.
I would not really consider taking a family of 4 bowling to be a cheap night out....
Where is guacamole in this list?!?!?!? This is nearly on the the best condiments humans have ever created!

I buy organic ground beef and chicken because I watched too many food documentaries.
I found that an inexpensive Mr. Coffee and an appliance timer was more reliable than a fancy coffee maker with a built in timer.
Great stuff! Thanks for putting it together.
